Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Big house in attractive countryside!

Welcome to a spacious house in beautiful countryside. The house was built in the 1940s but has been completely renovated since 2019. Häljebol is centrally located and from here you can reach sights in Karlstad, Arvika, Säffle and Årjäng. We have three separate bedrooms upstairs, with a total of 8 beds. Kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms. Broadband via fiber, TV, washing machine and dryer. In late summer you can pick fruit and berries in the garden. Since the house is newly renovated we do not allow pets or smoking.

A home where you take care of yourself and can enjoy the tranquility and nice views. Good lake system for SUP el boat and excellent hiking opportunities in the forests around. Fully equipped cottage where you can burn in the fireplace inside or light a fire by the barbecue area that is undisturbed from other neighbors. For the largest nature experience you can use the boat that is included. The electric motor allows you to glide silently through the leafy canals right around the corner. 10 min from the shopping center.

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

A beautiful place surrounded by forest and overlooking large meadows, pastures and a glittering lake. Lillstugan offers modern accommodation in inspiring surroundings. Hike, bike, barbecue and enjoy the sun on the patio, take a ride on the rowing boat, fish, sauna (35 Euro) and enjoy the outdoor shower. Here are many opportunities for wonderful moments!

Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."

Dream house near the lake with its own jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowing boat by the lake that you can use freely. The boats are a little worn but work. Good fishing.
