A great place to stay whilst working nearby in Middlesbrough. The apartment was clean, tidy and as advertised, will definitely stay again when I’m in the area. Debby was an excellent host, clear and friendly comms throughout.

We had a lovely few days at Bev’s place. Such a good location, we managed to park on the Green, left the car there for the three days and explored Richmond on foot, enjoyed walking by the river. Bev’s place had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, well decorated and the welcome treats a bonus. If we are in the area again, would not hesitate to book with Bev again. Thank you!.

Our stay was very comfortable. With a view of main street from front windows, people watching ( inc their dogs) became a new but intriguing pursuit. Cobbles cafe ( on the 2 floors below flat) served great icecream and excellent artisan pizzas. Friendly staff. 160 yards to Harbourside and the sea breezes ( welcome in the mini heatwave) and Cod & Lobster serving very good food with decent beer. The museum definitely worth a visit. Walks straight out of village Staithes is unique and largely unchanged for 150+years.

Drew’s place is really fantastic. It is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished to a high standard, with everything you need for a very relaxing stay. Drew was a very welcoming, kind and responsive host. The location has stunning landscapes with beautiful walks. We very much hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay, friendly host, well equipped apartment with a nice en-suite. Short walk to a nice pub (Black Lion). About 10-15 minute drive to hamsterley forest and we enjoyed visiting the Auckland project in Bishop Auckland. We would definitely return if we were in the area again.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. Staying near to friends, great places to meet up for food and drinks all in walking distance

Really nice stay. It's my 2nd time and all was good. Stayed in a new property this time from the last and the standard was great. Clothes rack was provided when I needed it. Nice clean space and responsive host. Enjoyed my stay and will recommend this host for sure.

Lovely home with everything we needed for the 12 days we stayed. Lauren was able to give us tonnes of information and everything was readily available. The location was also excellent - quiet area but within short walking distance to parks and the town centre.

We had a very accommodating stay! The host was extremely kind and responsive—when we had some trouble with the Wi-Fi, she was happy to come over and did her best to help. While the Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the front room, she made every effort to resolve the issue. She also kindly moved us to another apartment so my daughter and I could have more space, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay and she was a wonderful host!

our room was decently clean and very comfortable. the staffs were very helpful and the check-in went smoothly...it was perfect for the 2weeks we stayed in...we would definitely stay here again

May was a very accommodating and understanding host. We felt right at home. The serene and quiet environment was just what we needed to enjoy a very relaxing rest after toiling through Durham during the day.

The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!

Me and my girlfriend were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Manor. We had the hot tub suite and it was perfect. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it felt like we were at home. I especially enjoyed the breakfast that was included in our stay and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be looking to return again and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great stay!! Hot tub was immaculate so was the cottage , sofa and bed extremely comfortable and clean. Would 100 percent return here!! Only thing I think it should be 11am checkout and 2pm like alot of other lodges/cottages. Thanks for the little break

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx
