I stayed for 7 nights and both Susan and Roland were really welcoming. The room is very spacious with one of the most comfortable beds ive ever stayed in . Fridge stocked with milk and butter and bottled water and microwave and toaster came in handy. They were also kind enough to provide bread ,cereal and other snacks. Ensuite is really handy too. Would recommemd to anyone. Thanks again for your hospitality.

I really enjoyed my stay at David's place. I was traveling to the area for work and tried several airbnbs over the weeks, but this was my preferred choice. My only issue was that there wasn't a washer/dryer, but if you aren't staying for a long period than that shouldn't be an problem! Also, the main bedroom is facing the back of a pub, but I had white noise and slept fine. Everything was modern, homey and the place was well-equipped. One of my favorite parts of this stay was how quickly David and his team responded to my questions. It makes such a difference. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable. I would stay again!

The stay was really lovely, the area is so quiet but within walking distance to the town that has everything you need. Both Judith and her partner were really friendly. The room we had was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, the whole house actually. We wpuld definitely recommend this stay to others and would be hapoy to stay there again.

The village of Egglescliffe is beautiful and very peaceful. James's cottage is easy to find. My cousin recommended it for our stay of three nights. The walk down into Yarm is easy and pretty, Yarm being a lovely market town with individual shops and a good selection of cafe's and restaurants and the river. There are many places to visit in the area both inland and at the coast with good road links. Our stay was easy with James and we'd be happy to stay again.
