Holiday rentals with a patio in Stocksund

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Maths was a kind and responsive host. The location was very beautiful, and it was easy to get into Stockholm via the tram and metro. We enjoyed walking down to the Appelvikens promenade along the shore. We discovered you could get off at an earlier stop and walk along a path by the water back to the Airbnb.

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious apartment that was perfect for my family. It was well decorated, and had everything we needed. Amazing views as well, and the small garden in the building was lovely. The location was close to several museums, parks, and public transportation. Easy check in, and Mathias was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Very well renovated cozy apartment right in the heart of the Vaxholm waterfront. I have no complaints. Although I never actually met Elin she was responsive and helpful over the app. The apartment had everything you need and was very clean. Only thing I thought was odd was there was no silverware. Great experience overall.

I would have given 6 stars if it was available. We had been traveling Scandinavia for the last couple of weeks and Oliver and his father’s spot was easily our favorite. He was very accommodating and helpful. We had bad weather a couple of days and he did everything he could to make it up to us. Went above and beyond in every aspect. I even got to catch some Swedish fish in their lake! He set the boat in and had fishing poles. I hope I get to go back some day!

AnaMaria’s apartment was the ideal spot for our stay in Stockholm. Stockholm’s fantastic public transportation is easily accessible via the T station and bus stops at the end of the street. The neighborhood has some nice cafes and restaurants. Unfortunately, most were closed for Midsommar, but we did have a delicious Saturday brunch at Mr. Cake. The apartment is well-appointed and decorated beautifully. AnaMaria is a lovely, communicative host. As we prepared to leave, I picked up my phone to ask her a question and found she’d already messaged me with the answer to my question. This stay couldn’t have been easier or more comfortable. Your house perfectly corresponds to the description: welcoming, warm, the kitchen very well equipped to prepare and dine at home. The view offered from the balcony urges you to move, especially since there are many promenade areas nearby. The metro station is very close to the house, about 5 min. Also nearby there are markets where you can stock up in case you decide to eat at home. Nazar is very communicative, interested because everything to go well, no problems and just so it was. The check in instructions were very clear and the accommodation was made easy and fast. Very safe and welcoming place, as I said before. And Nazar, respond in a short time to any inquiries. Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible!!! I 100% recommend this place to stay!!! Definitely, we'll be back!

Quiet environment, very great view from the terrace, everything is there for cooking, short walk to the train station and shopping center. For the price, the accommodation is great👍😊

Andreas is a friendly and attentive host. The house is spacious, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We were happy with our own, free parking space for the car. You can walk to the public transport. 10 minutes to the tram and 20 minutes to the metro. We had a lovely stay. Thank you Andreas for your hospitality

We had an amazing stay at Gustav’s place! If you like beautifully designed homes, great surroundings and a relaxing time, we would highly recommend to stay here!

The house is an oasis of calm in a busy city. It retains many of its fin-de-siecle features and is very comfortable. We were able to sit out in the garden for drinks and our dinner and felt very private. It was easy to get into the centre of town via a short bus ride and then a 15 minute ride on the underground. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the lounge/dining room was large enough for four adults to eat and then sit comfortably. We did not try the TV. The kitchen was well appointed and well equipped and there would be no problems cooking and there is a small dishwasher. I would point that guests with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs and the bath/shower. We were a party of four 65+ year olds and we had no issues, but the stairs are not the easiest and getting in and out of the high bathtub and then squatting/kneeling to shower may cause some people a problem. Tereza was a fantastic host and I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and calm.

What a gem in the Stockholm archipelago?! My friend and I stayed at Mikael and Anna-Viktoria’s cottage for a few days, and absolutely loved it!! The cottage is quite close to Stockholm, we took a 25 min taxi from Slussen, but you could easily get there with great bus connections. The living area is stunning, with beautiful views of the lake, natural light through the day, tasteful decor, and many spots to lounge both indoors and outdoors. We spent our days chilling, bbqing, cooking, walking … the hot tub with views of the lake was a definite highlight! Mikael and Anna-Viktoria are kind and responsive hosts. We would love to be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Magdalena's place, it was impeccable clean and exactly like the photos. We were two young families visiting and enjoyed the living area and ofcourse the sauna. We took walks around the neighbourhood and cooked every day, the beds are very comfy and would love to come back. Also Magdalena is a superhost responding swiftly to all our questions and super accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

This beautiful home is highly recommended! It is in a quiet place just outside the city, but is very easy to reach by public transport or by the electric scooters that can be found everywhere. Mattias responds very quickly and we have followed several tips he gave. We would definitely come back!

A really nice, peaceful and pleasantly private place in a great environment. Countless excursion destinations are just a short drive away and the small bathing lake within walking distance is an insider tip for warm summer evenings. We were particularly pleased by the regular visit of a roe deer on the property. The house offers everything you need inside and out, has a lot of charm and is obviously used a lot. As announced by the hostess, the water had a slightly strange smell and taste, which is why we finally bought the drinking water. We would especially recommend this house to adventurous families with a lot of urge to move and the willingness to make do with a single bathroom/WC.

The apartment had everything we needed — it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Very sweet and helpful hosts who responded quickly to our message and any doubts. We lacked nothing in the apartment and enjoyed every morning and evening the beautiful view from the covered balcony or from the roof terrace. The apartment was beautifully cleaned all over when we arrived and contained all the listed amenities. Everything worked smoothly. A really nice and clear guide to the home was provided to us. Definitely a home that gets the best recommendation from here.
