Holiday rentals with a patio in Stocksund

We had such a wonderful stay at Linda-Marie’s place! It was spotlessly clean, incredibly cosy, and had such a stylish and welcoming vibe — we felt at home the moment we walked in. My sister and I were in Stockholm to visit our brother and spent a few nights here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was peaceful and comfortable, and every little detail was thoughtfully put together. The place is 7min walk from the bus and train station and from there it’s only a few stops to Stockholm City. It has all the amenities you might need and also a few more that you didn’t even know you needed (thanks for the clothes steamer and boardgames!). We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Airbnb lägenheten var underbar! Den så mysig och ren och rofylld! Det var skönt att få slappna av där! Vi fick vara i trädgården också! Ett väldigt bra ställe! Mats var väldigt trevlig och allting fungerade enormt bra! Det var lätt att få kontakt med honom! Han var så flexibel i allt! Tack så väldigt mycket! ♥️♥️♥️

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious apartment that was perfect for my family. It was well decorated, and had everything we needed. Amazing views as well, and the small garden in the building was lovely. The location was close to several museums, parks, and public transportation. Easy check in, and Mathias was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Blauen Haus von Elin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Elin war hervorragend einfach, sie antwortet sehr schnell bei allen Belangen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt gegenüber ein Supermarkt und vom Hafen nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Wunderschön ist auch der Garten hinter dem Haus, der sich für Frühstück in der Sonne eignet. Alles in Allem ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren in Olivers Unterkunft in Sångä Säby knapp zwei Wochen mit Baby. Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Blick über den See zum Entspannen. Mit ein paar Handgriffen war die Wohnung auch relativ Babysicher. Olivers Familie hat uns herzlich begrüßt und war immer hilfsbereit. Die kleine Wiese mit Strand war wunderbar zum Spielen (und Baden im Sommer). Es gab sogar einiges an Kinderspielzeug. Für Ausflüge war man zwar immer aufs Auto angewiesen. Aber 1h zu Fuß ist ein niedliches Blumencenter mit Café und Restaurant, wo es sich lohnt zu laufen. Wir können jedem Olivers Airbnb nur empfehlen.

AnaMaria’s apartment was the ideal spot for our stay in Stockholm. Stockholm’s fantastic public transportation is easily accessible via the T station and bus stops at the end of the street. The neighborhood has some nice cafes and restaurants. Unfortunately, most were closed for Midsommar, but we did have a delicious Saturday brunch at Mr. Cake. The apartment is well-appointed and decorated beautifully. AnaMaria is a lovely, communicative host. As we prepared to leave, I picked up my phone to ask her a question and found she’d already messaged me with the answer to my question. This stay couldn’t have been easier or more comfortable. Mulțumesc, Nazar pentru că ne ai primit in casa ta pentru sejurul nostru de 5 nopți. Casa ta corespunde perfect descrierii: primitoare, călduroasă, bucătăria foarte bine utilată pentru a pregăti și servi masa acasă. Priveliștea oferită din balcon te îndeamnă la mișcare, mai ales că în apropiere există multe zone de promenadă. Statia de metrou este foarte aproape de casă, aproximativ 5 min. De asemenea, în apropiere există marketuri de unde te poți aproviziona în cazul în care te hotărăști să mănânci acasă. Nazar este foarte comunicativ, interesat pentru că totul să decurgă bine, fără probleme și exact așa a fost. Instrucțiunile de check-in au fost foarte clare și cazarea s a făcut ușor și rapid. Locuința foarte safe și primitoare, cum am mai spus. Iar Nazar, răspunde în timp scurt la eventuale solicitări. Mulțumesc pentru că ne-ai făcut șederea cât mai plăcută!!! Recomand 100% aceasta cazare!!! Cu siguranță, o să revenim!

Ruhige Umgebung, sehr toller Ausblick von der Terrasse, zum Kochen ist alles da, kurzer Fußweg zum Bahnhof und Einkaufszentrum. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft super👍😊

Andreas is een vriendelijke en attente gastheer. Het huis is ruim, schoon en in een rustige buurt. We waren blij met een eigen, gratis parkeerplaats voor de auto. Je kunt lopend naar het OV. 10 minuten naar de tram en 20 minuten naar de metro. We hadden een heerlijk verblijf. Dankjewel Andreas voor je gastvrijheid

Sublime maison dans une enceinte privée. Décoration soignée et très bien équipée. Nous étions six et avons passé un agréable séjour tous ensemble ! Je recommande vivement cet hôte

The house is an oasis of calm in a busy city. It retains many of its fin-de-siecle features and is very comfortable. We were able to sit out in the garden for drinks and our dinner and felt very private. It was easy to get into the centre of town via a short bus ride and then a 15 minute ride on the underground. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the lounge/dining room was large enough for four adults to eat and then sit comfortably. We did not try the TV. The kitchen was well appointed and well equipped and there would be no problems cooking and there is a small dishwasher. I would point that guests with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs and the bath/shower. We were a party of four 65+ year olds and we had no issues, but the stairs are not the easiest and getting in and out of the high bathtub and then squatting/kneeling to shower may cause some people a problem. Tereza was a fantastic host and I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and calm.

What a gem in the Stockholm archipelago?! My friend and I stayed at Mikael and Anna-Viktoria’s cottage for a few days, and absolutely loved it!! The cottage is quite close to Stockholm, we took a 25 min taxi from Slussen, but you could easily get there with great bus connections. The living area is stunning, with beautiful views of the lake, natural light through the day, tasteful decor, and many spots to lounge both indoors and outdoors. We spent our days chilling, bbqing, cooking, walking … the hot tub with views of the lake was a definite highlight! Mikael and Anna-Viktoria are kind and responsive hosts. We would love to be back!

We absolutely loved staying at Magdalena's place, it was impeccable clean and exactly like the photos. We were two young families visiting and enjoyed the living area and ofcourse the sauna. We took walks around the neighbourhood and cooked every day, the beds are very comfy and would love to come back. Also Magdalena is a superhost responding swiftly to all our questions and super accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

Deze prachtige woning is echt een aanrader! Het ligt op een rustige plek net buiten de stad, maar is met het openbaar vervoer of met de elektrische stepjes die overal te vinden zijn, heel goed bereikbaar. Mattias reageert heel snel en we hebben meerdere tips die hij gaf opgevolgd. We zouden zeker terugkomen!

Ein wirklich schöner, friedlicher und angenehm privater Ort in einer tollen Umgebung. Unzählige Ausflugsziele liegen nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und der kleine Badesee in Gehdistanz ist ein Geheimtipp für warme Sommerabende. Besonders gefreut hat uns der regelmässige Besuch einer Rehkuh auf dem Grundstück. Das Haus bietet innen und aussen alles Nötige, hat viel Charme und wird offensichtlich rege genutzt. Wie von der Gastgeberin angekündigt, hatte das Wasser einen etwas seltsamen Geruch und Geschmack, weshalb wir schliesslich das Trinkwasser gekauft haben. Wir würden dieses Haus insbesondere unternehmungslustigen Familien empfehlen mit viel Bewegungsdrang und der Bereitschaft, sich mit einem einzigen Bad/WC zu arrangieren.

We had a wonderful stay at Pelle’s apartment in Stockholm! From the moment we arrived, Pelle was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The apartment had everything we needed — it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

Meget søde og hjælpsomme værter, der hurtigt reagerede på vores besked og eventuelle tvivsspørgsmål. Vi manglende intet i lejligheden og nød hver morgen og aften den skønne udsigt fra den overdækkede balkon eller fra tagterrassen. Lejligheden var flot rengjort over det hele, da vi ankom og indeholdt alt det oplyste udstyr. Alt fungerede uden problemer. En rigtig fin og overskuelig vejledning til boligen var lagt til os. Helt sikkert en bolig, der får den bedste anbefaling herfra.

Jag är väldigt nöjd med lägenheten, den passade mitt besök i Stockholm perfekt. Eiad var en väldigt bra värd och gav oss instruktioner som var enkla att följa. Parkeringen utanför lägenheten var också väldigt smidigt.

Annas lägenhet har allt du behöver och ligger nära tunnelbanan, i ett lugn område. En underbar liten uteplats mot en innergård där grannar umgås tillsammans - om man vill. Vi hade det jättebra!

Fabulous apartment in a great location with lovely views! Easy walking distance to rail and metro with access to all parts of Stockholm. The apartment is exactly as detailed in the listing - highly recommended! Alejandro is a great host and shared restaurant recommendations which we really appreciated.
