Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Stock Island

Had a wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, beautiful spot in Marathon. Eddie was an excellent host!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Reid was very responsive and helpful. Everything we needed was right there. He even had his outdoor ice maker hooked up for us so we ice for the boat right there saving frequent trips to the store. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, spices, and pots and pans we needed. He also made great recommendations for places to eat for when we were too tired to cook. The dock was perfect for our 29’ boat, complete with bumpers, a hose, electric, and power washer for quick cleanups! Also, the outdoor patio was relaxing with everything we needed, table, lounge chairs, freezer, and a wonderful BBQ grill. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to go back!

The house is located in a peaceful community with a store inside that was perfect because you don’t have to drive to get basic necessities. Pool and spa were perfect. And the view is magical. The house was cleaned and beautifully decorated. The outside areas were perfect too. I loved take breakfast on the porch.

As always, Michael’s place was spotless, perfectly stocked and just as pictured. We come back here annually to fish at Sugarloaf Marina and are always satisfied. Michaels house is in the perfect location, with the best sunsets, an amazing dock and pool, and the house is always stocked and we're able to relax for another day of tarpon fishing.

Clean house, well decorated, great location and responsive hosts! It’s also a plus that they accept pets for a reasonable pet fee. Key Colony Beach is a great location and this is a lovely little home. Book with confidence!

We had a great time at Janet and Jerry’s home at Venture Out in Cudjoe Key! We made the short drive down to Key West after some morning pickleball. Our only unexpected (not welcome) surprise was the rotten egg smell all the way down the Keys. The smell is apparently from the over abundant seaweed blooming due to very warm water temps. Unfortunately this is a norm between May and October now? Key West did not have the smell due to wind direction, so overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

The place was great. Very clean and was better than the pics. Back patio was amazing and we caught fish off the dock with the supplied fishing poles (after getting our fishing license of course). It was the perfect homebase as we explored the keys.

Very nice condo in key colony beach, affordable, great stay for a family. Clean rooms, nice pool, nice private beach area, will bring family down again.

The Condo was spacious, beautiful, well furnished, very clean and the location was perfect. Henry was great to work with. We rented a golf cart and traveled almost everywhere in Key West by golf cart.

We stayed a week at the apartment. The place was spacious and clean. It was 6 of us and we didn t feel crowded at all. It has a full kitchen and we were able to cook some nights. The porch has an amazing view and the pool is plenty big to have thew kids happy. It is the perfect location if you like fishing and come with your boat (no problem with a 29' ). The Marina to launch is right there and the gas pump as well. Walking to Duval street takes about 10-15 minutes. It is a pretty walk. We ended up renting a golf cart because after a day of fishing, we were tired, but Uber is cheap and fast and bicycles can be rented too if walking is not what you want. I would stay again at Sloan s place !!

Was a super great location and a beautiful room, Had a bit of a problem in the middle of the night but she rushed right over when we let her know and she solved it right there and then super worth it will definitely stay again

Can’t say enough good things about Tom this place. He was responsive and friendly with any question we had. Location was great for exploring Key West. Felt like you were in the middle of everything but still private. The deck was fantastic to sit on and watch Duval Street. We can’t wait to stay again.

This was our first family trip to the Keys and this location in Marathon was ideal! The condo was welcoming, beautiful and spacious for our family of 3. The balcony was our favorite place, which overlooked the pool and the seashore. The beach was lovely for shorter walks and just "being" with the ocean. Fun seashells & hermit crabs at low tide! Lots to do in the area -- definitely hoping to return next year. Mike was fantastic host & super helpful with questions.

Amazing little place that’s cozy and private, but still close to everything! The place even had a little patio to relax! The only tip I would give to the next person is to find the $15 overnight parking lot. If not, you will be paying a pretty penny in street parking. Nonetheless, this place was great, especially for the price!

Right next to Duval Street, easily walkable to major attractions, restaurants, bars.. Host was super responsive, friendly, and really worked with us on anything we needed.. Great place!

Traci’s condo was great in every way! Everything was very clean and the view was amazing. We could enjoy watching the turquoise water and swaying palm trees from almost every room – both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, or relaxing on the large balcony. Some of the furniture is different in the photos, but my group agrees it is even better now than what you see. Having our own parking space in the garage was much appreciated, too. Traci responded quickly; clear check-in instructions. We would definitely stay here again.

Pictures were exactly how the home looked upon arrival. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was quiet yet close enough to walk. Beach in either direction. The home had everything you need for the beach and was spacious. Bed in master is very comfortable. Great place and great company. Will use again.

Horrid, horrid, horrid. Now that caught your attention. If you are looking at others...dont. This is the best air bnb you gonna find. It has everything and more!! Fantastic location, great apartment. We really cant say anything bad at all!! We will be back!! Thanks!!

This place was great!! We have been coming to the Keys for Thanksgiving for the past 5+ years and always have an amazing time. This house accomodated everything we were looking for.....convenience, cleanliness, location, and beautiful property. The private access to the pool and area and the big hot tub amazing. We rented golf carts and everything was less than 10 min away including downtown Duval where the action is :) Will absolutley recommend and stay again.

Her apartment is in a convenient location in Key West. It is a clean home with all we need for cooking. Sunset is beautiful. Airport is nearby and interesting to us. We enjoied our stay.

We live Marathon and this condo is in the perfect location and minutes away from shopping, restaurants and activities.

Host was extremely helpful and communicative. Check in was a breeze and all the amenities needed for a pleasurable stay. Bonus outdoor bait freezer!
