Karen’s place is the PERFECT home for your stay in Key West! The location couldn’t be more ideal, right in the heart of all Key West has to offer and yet so private and quiet. The space was recently renovated and in great condition. Having a washer/dryer in the unit is a huge bonus. Kitchen has all amenities. Karen is an excellent host, quick to respond and willing to offer local suggestions. We would absolutely stay here again!!

It was a wonderful experience and the amenities and staff were great! Will 100% recommend the on site restaurants dinner menus (PRIME RIB!!). The 24 hr pool and hot tub access were also a nice touch. Allowed us to enjoy water activities during the day, and some cooler experiences in the evening away from the sun!

Absolutely gorgeous place, amazing views, squeaky clean and nicely designed and organized. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunrise, the yatchs in the marina and the pelicans, from the large balcony! It is right on the water and has all the amenities we wanted, with a great pool and close to many restaurants and main attractions. 5 mins drive to Duval Street. Jennifer was very helpful, friendly and responsive. Will definitely book again and recommend to everyone visiting the area!

The place was exactly like the pictures. On the water and not far from old town key west. Michael was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed for check in and made sure we were able to check in during a certain time and if not other options were available. Would recommend if you want to stay in key west but far enough away from the busy nightlife and have a quiet night in.

We had a wonderful time in Key West. The condo was perfect for our family of four, and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony in the evenings and the complex hot tub. Andre was an awesome host - very responsive and proactive in arranging for our possible late evening arrival. His suggestion of rental bikes to be delivered to the condo was a great one - we used those to bike all over Key West. Would love to return someday!

Our first time visiting the Keys and Celia’s place made it wonderful! Located in a very nice, quiet, and safe community her condo is like new and so well cared for. Perfect size for our two couples. The decor and furniture is very nice, bright and clean. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. We enjoyed the heated pool everyday and the private beach was nice for a more natural experience. The furnished patio had a great view of the pool and ocean. Celia is a wonderful host! Very helpful and a great communicator.

Woooow, this place was nothing short of amazing!! The exact amount of space we needed because we knew we would be out and about most of the day!! Bed was very comfortable and ushered us right to sleep after our flight! Walking distance from literally everything we had on our list to do! We mingled with the locals, listened to live music during dinner, enjoyed the beach at sunset, and learned a little bit about the Bahamian history! This place is literally 2or 3 blocks from the southern most point and the best Cuban coffee at a local restaurant/food truck! 10/10 would definitely recommend!! Already planning our next visit!!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

This is an ideal location in the heart of Old Town. But it is relatively quiet, facing into a private courtyard. Having an extra half bath is unusual for a one-bedroom. We enjoyed sitting outside. The kitchen worked well so we didn't have to eat out all the time. There is a great Cuban coffee shop right across the street.

we had a great stay! quiet area w all the amenities necessary! the room was spotless and the kitchen was complete with all things needed to cook! the added bonus of this property being pet friendly was amazing since we brought our fur babies along.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

This is a BEAUTIFUL condo in a GREAT area with a LOVELY COURTYARD for rest and relaxation. A nice little pool also. Very quiet and easy to get around. It was great to WALK or BIKE RIDE in the area. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place, clean, nice location, and complimentary snacks and water on the fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is well-maintained and strategically situated, providing an overall positive experience.

Great place near the ocean. Checking process was a bit complicated as you had to have one code to get into lockbox with physical keys and garage opener and second code for room but otherwise great stay.

Kim was a wonderful host. Always responsive and provided a ton of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They really thought of everything and I was completely satisfied with the amenities. The biggest issue we had was that we couldn’t swim at the beach. Full of Sargassum every day. There are jetty’s on each side of the beach that trap it there unfortunately. Pool was warm so not very refreshing. We ended up using the outdoor showers to cool off mostly. The balcony is facing the side of the property versus the ocean, so u are looking at the building next door. Also very small and directly in the sun most of the day. None of our concerns had anything to do with our host. Just providing tips and feedback. Would highly recommend this host!

Great location, exactly as advertised! The condo was extremely clean when we checked in. The area was quiet and clean. Perfect location in the middle of the keys. Would definitely stay again!

This was a treasure in paradise for 2 couples to stay and feel completely relaxed. We enjoyed coffee sunrises, a wonderful sunset walk around the marina and we were in walking distance from anywhere we wanted to go in Old Town. Inside the home was a well appointed kitchen that met any cooking need including salt and pepper. It would have been a pleasure to cook but we ended up reheating our leftovers from all the great restaurants we visited. Coffee sunrise and a cocktail in the evening shade overlooking the marina on that beautiful big balcony were highlights of our time there. Thank you from all of us to our gracious host Jennifer. This place was absolutely amazing. 5 star! Cutest little home with a breath taking backyard! And decorated with great taste . It was a true dream of a vacation with this home it made it one we will never forget . Extremely clean and felt like home. This home is very close to duval but you don’t hear the night life it’s very peaceful along with the neighborhood . Wendy thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home ! Also her and her husband and truly amazing people highly highly recommend this place ! Can’t wait to see y’all again 🙂

Kim’s condo was PERFECT for our stay, and Kim was an outstanding host. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. It is a rarity to find reasonably priced lodging in the keys that has its own charming private beach!! I appreciated that we had access to a kitchen to cook in, outdoor gas grills, and a laundry area (takes $2 in quarters to cycle- bring a little change!). Kim gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area, and even gave me a tour of her incredible garden beds including a bed of pineapple plants! We can’t wait to return.
