Located on the 1st floor , it consists of a living room with kitchenette from which you access the balcony, 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 2 single beds that may be combined to get a second double bed, 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower . It has all the comforts of air conditioning, washing machine, WiFi... There is a reserved parking area available for guests in the condominium courtyard.

This house is equipped with two en-suite bathrooms and an outdoor shower, two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a small living area. Outside there is a large terrace with a wooden table and umbrella, accompanied by tek chairs: the perfect setting to enjoy the view! The terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean plants that further enhance the breathtaking view of the Pelosa sea and Asinara island. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
