It was a pleasure to stay in Robert's villa! Everything was good and the communication with Robert was very good and flexible. Robert was very flexible with the arrive and departure time for us, we really appriciate that! If we needed him, he responded quick and gave us enough options for activities and restaurants.

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Six of us spent 11 nights in this villa. It was a very nice stay. Beds were very comfortable and everything very clean. The kitchen equipment was first-class, nothing was missing, there was also a coffee machine and a whole pack of beans for it. We also enjoyed the outdoor kitchen very much and used it a lot. The only drawback here was the knives, which could have been a little sharper. Danijel was extremely friendly and helpful, on request he brought us additional towels and took care of everything very exemplarily. The drive to the villa is a bit adventurous, over a very tiny road, but you are away from all the hustle and bustle and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres. We can definitely recommend the place.

The most beautiful house, just stunning. Beautifully decorated and absolutely everything you need. Lots and lots of dishwasher tablets.l, washing pods and coffee pods which often isn’t the case! The pool was perfect, heated and just the right size for us. A fantastic restaurant about a minutes walk away made sure that this is a house we would recommend to anybody.

Very nice host and a fantastic vacation home. We felt very comfortable, even if the approach to the villa was a bit difficult. Referral 100%.

What a little paradise in Istria 😍 A great house with everything you need. We have 3 teenagers and a dwarf poodle. The house offers enough space and is not at all noisy. It is very stylish and was also very clean upon our arrival. The large garden is fantastic. At any time of the day you will find enough shade from trees or the walls of the house. The pool is an ideal size and there was also enough room for all of us. It also has a great and above all very comfortable lounge. The 15-minute drive to Rovinj didn't bother us at all. So we could explore a different beautiful beach every day and were happy to return to the quiet Kurilli. It was a perfect first vacation in Croatia for us and certainly not the last. We can only warmly recommend this place!

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

The house is great for having a good time with friends.

We had a great stay, we used the rental car to get around Croatia and to Italy. Short distance to Pula and to everything you need. The house was very neat and tidy, great service and easy to communicate with the landlord's representatives.

Everything was just perfect. We were 11 people and we had the best time. Igor, the host, was super kind, he organized taxis for us, gave us great tips and was super responsive. And the house is simply beautiful, with beautiful landscape and a lot to do. We were playing volleyball and golf, had a bbq evening and were relaxing in jacuzzi. Worth the price, cannot wait to visit again.

A perfect stay - we booked this place as part of a road trip for our honeymoon & it was exactly as described! The photos are spot on for it We brought our dog and the whole place is fenced in and secure so she could do what she pleased as well as we could. Very private, gated and covered parking (very important for us) and in a very private place with no traffic! We used this as more of a base so I can’t really comment on the local area as we did a lot of day trips however, it worked very well! Great pool, everything you need amenity wise! Only small draw backs would be a lack of basics in the kitchen (but as long as you know, that’s easy to sort as part of your grocery shopping anyway) and the road is seemingly yet to be finished but both of those things took nothing away from our stay! We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The villa offers pretty much everything you need. The cleaning lady did a very good job the place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The pool is just great. My kids had almost more fun by the pool than in the sea😆. There are plenty of dishes etc. of everything. Of course, the modern villa also installed an air conditioner in every room, so we didn't have to sweat. I have been visiting the region for years but honestly say we found nothing comparable in quality until now. The house is perfect and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We had a super nice stay in Ivana's villa. There were four of us with two dogs and we had a relaxing vacation. Since the villa is completely fenced, the dogs could jump around wonderfully. In addition, the interior was super nice and luxurious. We will be happy to come back!

We were visiting with our dog for a week. The accommodation is nicely decorated and lacks nothing. The highlight is the garden. Beautiful pool, loungers, lawn, trees and the grill. The village itself is quite quiet, but there are some restaurants. If you want to do something, you can simply drive to the neighboring town. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Fantastic authentic house, excelent location if you want to discover southern or central part of Istria and enjoy peace and quiet. Super friendly hosts!
