Holiday rentals with a pool in Štifanići

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at this place. The house and furnishings were in very good and well maintained condition. The only downside, the house has no heating (yet) and the pool is also not heated. As soon as the temperatures drop, it was also very cool in the house. We were impressed by the magnificent private location and it was a good starting point to explore Istria. In the small supermarket in the village, there are all the basics to get. The contact with Karmen was very pleasant.

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

The house with pool between vines and olive trees in Croatia is an absolute dream! It definitely deserves 6 out of 6 stars. The location is simply stunning, surrounded by picturesque nature. The house itself is beautifully decorated and offers all the comforts you could ask for. The pool is great and invites you to relax. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants and provided us from the first day with specialties such as olive oil, wine and spirits from their own cultivation. We enjoyed our stay here to the fullest and highly recommend it! Thanks also to the father of the two owners, who provided us with everything and made our stay perfect. We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. We were incredibly well looked after by the hospitable hosts. Anamarias mother offered us delicious homemade lemonade when we arrived. We also got help ordering delicious pizza home as the children were hungry after the trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Nice barbecue area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had it completely private but if there was anything the hosts were available to help us at any time. We are very happy with our stay.

Would highly recommend Celestina’s apartment for your stay in Rovinj. Located in a quiet residential area around 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed. Celestina couldn’t have been more helpful, making our first holiday with our baby boy accommodating.

Super nice stay! Our dog Ash enjoyed the stay to be able to run freely and then cool off in a well-cooled apartment. We needed to supplement with small things in the kitchen and Maja quickly fixed them for us. The car took us quickly to grocery stores, the beach and restaurants. Quiet area, nice home, fantastic hosts. We would be happy to book this place again 😍

Tamara's accommodation was superbly located. There was everything you needed. The garden with the pool was wonderful for relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

memorable stay with Olga who is an extraordinary lady, helpful and with good tips for excursions and her olive oil who shares her tomatoes 😁😁 Accommodation with large and beautiful terrace. everything is nearby, 200 m from the supermarket La Sirena restaurant is a treat. Olga speaks French, a real plus for us. The private accommodation is impeccable, the pool is excellent. we had a memorable stay and I reiterate Olga is truly an extraordinary lady Thanks Olga for hosting us. 🥰🥰

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We and the dogs felt very comfortable with Jana. The family welcomed and very friendly. The location of the APARTMENT is very centrally located for all excursions. The pool was just great. We didn't miss anything. We will be happy to come back.

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. We were there as 2 families with 1 child each (2 years old) The villa is exactly as pictured. The location is quiet and remote, but everything is accessible by car. We had a great holiday!

The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. The accommodation was very nice, it was exactly as in the pictures, the equipment also fit perfectly and it lacked nothing. We were able to communicate very well with the host and we were always answered quickly. The pool was even better than expected, it looks beautiful and the fact that it could also be heated suited everyone. We had a very nice vacation and would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Beautiful, modern, fully equipped house with pool and garden, very spacious living/dining room, 2 large bedrooms, each with bathroom. Spotlessly clean! The house is very quiet. Ideal for guests who value nature and privacy, where shopping and a very well-maintained restaurant (La Grisa) are a few minutes' walk away. The place is ideally located to explore Istria: a few minutes drive away are a well-known wine resort (Meneghetti) and olive oil producers (Chiavalon; Nono Remido). Rovinj, Porec, Pula and NP Brijuni are within 30-50 minutes drive. The hosts are extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. I had made a mistake when booking, which was handled with the utmost goodwill. Thank you very much for a great stay! Great recommendation!

Beautiful villa and a very comfortable stay. Near to a small town for a supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy and 30 mins from Rovinj which is beautiful and also around 30 mins from east coast quieter beaches. Host was really helpful with giving suggestions on Beaches and restaurants. Thank you!
