Cute little house. Great location!

This is our 2nd time staying at Vincent’s beach house, and it’s likely the place we will seek out on future trips to Galveston. We love the amount of space, beautiful gulf views, proximity to the peaceful private beach, and that it is pet friendly. The space is clean, and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our weeklong visit. Thanks again Vincent for another wonderful stay!

What an amazing stay! Me and some of my friends and family stayed here for 2 nights and we absolutely loved every second of it. House was clean, cozy, and well furnished! If you want to visit Galveston and want to explore everything, this place is the way to go! Everything is super close to the house so it makes it very walk able! Host was super kind and respectful and will definitely return some day!

Great Condo!!! Great location… ocean across the street. 3 pools and a hot tub- all areas well maintained. The condo was so cute and very comfortable- well stocked with necessities and more.

Very cozy place. Felt like home. Great location. Crossing Seawall Blvd to get to the water was easy and could be done with small children. Douglas is a great and prompt communicator. Highly recommend.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

Overall had a great stay! A few things to note for future b&bers: The only staircase is a black spiral staircase, which was a little difficult for our older family members to manage. The cooking utensils/food storage is a bit on the sparse side, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking/having leftovers, you may want to bring some cheap plastic Tupperware! The bbq grill/beach gear leaves a lot to be desired! It has definitely seen the wear and tear of previous guests. Which isn’t a big deal, but not something to depend on using without some TLC. Overall our stay was amazing. It’s a dream location with amazing beach access. The beds were phenomenal, and I will miss how comfortable it was. Shannon was an amazing host and left fresh flowers and apothecary items for us leaving the whole place smelling amazing our whole visit. I would absolutely recommend Mermaid manor to anyone visiting the area!

Everything was as described, and the cleanliness of the property was commendable. The game room was a highlight for the kids, giving them a great place to unwind and escape the sun for a bit. The extra amenities were a nice touch, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this beach house for a memorable family vacation!

Great spot near the beach! Perfect for our small family. Loved that we had access to beach chairs & beach toys. Pool area was awesome and it was nice to walk right out from the condo to the pool. Fun themed condo which was very clean and inviting. Great host! Thanks again!

The only negative I can say about it is that the street between the condo unit and the beach is quite busy and noisy, but we knew the street was there from the pictures so we weren’t surprised.

The host is very easy to communicate with! This place is amazing and we miss it already. From the minute you walk in, those VIEWS!! It was never really busy at the pool, and even if it was it's a 300 foot pool. Not much to worry about. Beach access was easy, the condo itself was clean and enjoyable and quiet! We are very much a "chill out on vacation" mode family and we still were able to go swim at all times and come back and relax. Great place, I see us being back one day. We're already homesick for that place and those views!

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

Condo This condo was exactly as described, with interior photos accurately reflecting its clean and inviting atmosphere. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of puzzles and games, including Rummikub. Its prime location next to Walmart made grabbing groceries for quick breakfasts a breeze, perfect for fueling up before our beach soccer tournament. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds! A truly great stay, and we'll definitely look to book this space again. Property The Victorian boasts an unbeatable location directly across from the beach. Check-in was seamless at the main office, providing clear instructions, gated parking, and reliable Wi-Fi. The outdoor shower was a convenient bonus for rinsing off after sandy beach days.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here! The condo was cozy and perfectly placed to see the ocean and pool from the balcony. There were a lot of options on what to do in the area. They even provided a cooler and beach toys if needed. Great communication with the host as well.

David was very prompt to messages and we were able to check in early. I felt like he really cared about making our last minute get away great. The condo is exactly as described and a nice spot for my husband and I to unwind. You can't go wrong with this little hideaway. Jody and Michael

This Condo goes above and beyond. Easy to get into, Secure parking(extra fee, but worthwhile). It was a quick 1 day trip for us so we did not get to use all of the amenities. I would stay here again without a doubt and maybe even for multiple days in order to be able to use all that this Condo complex offers. The Condo itself was Primo. It has every Beach item you need that you may have forgot. Sunscreen, Sunburn Gel, Boogie Board, Beach Chairs. With a full Kitchen set up as well. Super responsive as well and gave clear instructions from the beginning! 10 out of 10!

We really enjoyed the balcony, especially in the mornings and evenings. The view from the ninth floor is beautiful. Easy walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Showers at entrance to building. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and appliances

A super cute tiny house just minutes away from the beach - what more could you need for a weekend getaway!? It was decorated well and was very cozy. It had all the amenities you need, plus a cool pool in the back. Perfect for 4 or less guests.

We had a wonderful family get together in this lovely house with a view of the beach and a glimmer of the Pier at night Ample room in the open floor plan to accommodate 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was as described and easy to manuever so that prep, cooking, buffet style serving, and clean up was not a chore. We ate the majority of our meals at the house. Bedrooms were as described with comfortable size rooms and full bathrooms, except for the bunkroom that had a 1/2 bath. Although the bunkroom is on the top floor, we brought a baby monitor to insure safety. Loved having a washer and dryer available. The beach was accessible as described and the house included the beach wagons, chairs, umbrella and beach toys. A perk when car trunk space is limited. There's plenty to do in Galveston and the property location makes it easy to enjoy the city. I must give kudos to the hostess, Anna. She was responsive and proactive from the moment I booked the property until our stay ended.

Perfect!!! Our family of three adults and our little rescue dog felt right at home here!! The house is squeaky clean, beautifully decorated, has a fully equipped kitchen and the backyard is PARADISE! We hardly left the house. Enjoyed the pool so much! Had fun chilling with board games and prepared several wonderful meals. Beds were super comfortable! Haven’t slept that well in ages! David was a terrific host. Checked in on us and also responded immediately when I asked where to buy fresh seafood to prepare. And yes, Katie’s was great! Thank you again! We WILL be back!!

This place was cozy, comfortable, and full of thoughtfulness! It was the perfect size for my family of 4, clean, and looked just like the photos. We loved the beach wagon full of chairs and toys my kids could use at the beach. I also appreciate how accommodating and communicative the hosts were! When we come back through Galveston this is where we will book!

Shiloh's hospitality was unmatched. We arrived with clear instructions to check-in, then were greeted with a handwritten letter & a couple of welcome gifts for our family. The place was spotless & within close proximity to: the beach, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our backdoor opened to the pool area, which overlooked the beach. After each long day at the beach, we all relaxed in the heated pool & watched the sunset. One of the biggest perks of Shiloh's place is the huge shower, which allowed us to easily rinse off the sand after a long, hot day of swimming at Stewart Beach. We'll be back soon!

This unit is excellent and love the decor which had a unified, calming, sea foam green/blue with pelican art work and shells. Loved the keyless entry…. No need to worry about losing key at beach. There is Full fridge and nice appliances with a fully stocked kitchen of pots, pans, both type of coffee makers, plates, dishes, cups, etc. The coffee bar was great. Bed in master was very comfortable and bath towels had a good thickness. Having the open living/dining table area concept with additional Murphy Bed made the condo seem more spacious. Hosts were very responsive if any questions. Definitely would stay at this unit again. Very nice unit. This condo building also has nice pool, beach access, & lobby amenities with a great front desk staff. All as described and just like the photos. Would recommend.
