Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with afternoon and evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and 1.5 km from the airport.

Right in between Sønderborg and Gråsten (8 km) you will find this cozy apartment, with its own entrance (key box). The apartment includes an entrance hall, bathroom with shower, kitchenette with dining area (there is a microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle - no cooking option), living room and bedroom in the same room. In total, the apartment is approximately 33 m2. In addition, there is a sofa, armchair, 32" TV with Chromecast and a small radio. Possibility of charging an electric car at an OK charging station 350 meters from the apartment.

With a new sauna and 70 sqm terrace - both with sea views. 6 guests have access to: Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, large living room with TV and internet and unique sea views. 3 large bedrooms and all with the most beautiful view of the fjord. Gendarmstien/Gendarmenwanderweg and fantastic nature as a neighbor, close to Flensburg and Sønderborg and walking distance to the restaurants Pearl, Sivgaarden and Providence. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Walking distance to Sønderskoven and Gendarmstien, a trip to the beach, or maybe a dip in the new harbor basin. The Garden House

Relax with family/friends in the house, which allows for peace and coziness. Hiking or cycling is also possible close to the holiday home. In Nordborg town there are shops for shopping, a café/restaurant and a creative workshop. Short distance to the adventure park Universe, water park, golf club and swimming pool. You can take excursions to the forest or beach approx. 2.5 km from the accommodation. Shopping opportunities in Nordborg 2.5 km and Sønderborg 22 km.

The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

There is space for the family with and without children. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There is a climbing tower and a soccer goal available. The garden is over 1000 square meters. There is space to grill, play or unwind. The garden is completely enclosed. Of course, there is also a baby crib in the house. The beach is 15 minutes by car.
