A small piece of Denmark and a bit of Danish hygge. Find tranquility and enjoy life in this peaceful, green oasis The cottage is simple and cozy with access to shelter, heating, and electricity. Work is ongoing to improve the layout, furnishings and accessibility, so the place is still under development Visits are arranged individually so that expectations and practical matters are clarified before arrival. During the winter period, there is no access to water or toilet facilities. This must be agreed upon and accepted before the visit.

RUGGÅRD - Farm-holiday

Ruggård is an old farm, located on the edge of Vejle Ådal, only 18 km from Kolding, Vejle and Billund (Legoland). Here you have the optimal starting point for trips in the most beautiful Danish nature. The area offers hiking trails and cycling and horseback riding routes. There are many excursion options, but also time to stay on the farm. Children LOVE being here. Here, outdoor life is prioritized and therefore there is no TV in the home (parents thank us). Come and experience the rural idyll and tranquility and greet the farm's animals.

Relax in this unique and tranquil home overlooking Vejle Fjord, fields and forests. The house has a living room with kitchen, dining area and sofa area, toilet with shower and upstairs with bedroom. There are two elevation beds (double bed) as well as a single bed. Please note that the stairs to the 1st floor are a little steep and there is not so much space around the double bed. Outside, there are two terraces, both with views. There is a wood-burning stove with freely available firewood. Both bed linen and towels are included.

Great location by good beach and close to town

Summer homes are rented right by the beach A view of the water and beach is pretty much right in the backyard. You have the whole place to yourself, 130 sqm, divided on 2 floors. It consists of a kitchen/living room, entrance, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a lovely large garden with terrace. Approximately 1.5 km to the icehouse, where you can also pick up morning bread and a small kiosk with a barbecue bar, which is open all summer and approx. 1.5 km to the campsite with a pool, which you can use for a small amount.

Faurskov Mølle - Private apartment

Faurskov Mølle is located in the beautiful Brende Aadal - one of the most scenic areas on Funen. The area invites you to hike in forests and meadows. Likewise, the Funen fishing waters are within a short driving distance and Barløse Golf for a round, can be reached possibly by bike. Faurskov Mill is an old watermill with one of Denmark's largest mill wheels, diameter (6.40 m). There was originally a grain mill, which was later changed to a wool spinning mill. The mill has not been running since the 1920s.

Indulge in a spa experience at Kellers Park Hotel, just minutes away. The highway is only 10 minutes away and it is less than 1 hour drive to Aarhus and Odense. The train station, just an 8-minute walk from the apartment, provides easy access to all of Denmark, making it an ideal starting point for experiences.

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in a small cozy cottage near the forest and beach. There are great opportunities to swim at the beach or take a walk in the nearby forest. You can also go to the scenic and historic Skamlingsbanken to enjoy the view or visit the small fine experience center, which describes the historical events in the area. The house is functional and cozy with a centrally located wood stove inside and a nice private garden outside. The living room overlooks the ocean.
