Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stevenson Ranch

Highly recommend staying here! It’s a very nice space that’s clean and very spacious. They’re very responsive and we had a small issue with the bathtub which they fixed right next day. Will definitely stay here if I’m back in town!

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

Loved this place. Great ocean view, very quiet and peaceful. The entire property was beautiful and we loved their garden. They were some of the friendliest people who've hosted us.

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

The place was very clean. The location was beyond perfect with very cool attractions and restaurants in walking distance. The host had great communication, hospitality, responsive throughout and more than accommodating if I needed anything. This would be my place of choice for next time too!

We had a great time at Landon & Evie’s place in Ventura! We stayed one night and hope to stay longer next time! Apartment was very nice and as described! Great location and walking distance to Main Street , restaurants , coffee , bars and beach! Place was clean, spacious and very comfortable! Apartment building was very quiet and peaceful! Landon & Evie were friendly, accommodating , welcoming and had great communication! We love Ventura and are exited to find a great place to stay when we are visiting! Our family of six stayed at Walter and Jaya’s place for about 2.5 months while our house had some repairs. Walter went above and beyond and was very helpful and responsive when issues arose and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the kids enjoyed watching for animals in the backyard. The movie room was a highlight for everyone as well.

We had a wonderful stay at Steffanie’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt. The location was great—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Wow!! So glad we found Eitay’s place! It was perfect and we loved staying there. The location had an incredible view, very nice neighborhood, and a great area. The beds were comfortable and they had so many comforts of home that were greatly appreciated. The owners provided great instructions and were wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay if your going to six flags, place was super clean, would recommend this place to other people. Austin was great help as well answered questions pretty quickly.

This was my Second Stay at Summer Cloud and just as before it was great! Ed and David are so responsive and so willing to help make your stay as best as possible! I even noticed some upgrades from my last stay here in October such as the garage game room was such a fun surprise! The area is so great and peaceful and I felt so safe. 10/10 once again!

In the Antelope Valley- this is a very well done remodel of a residential garage. It is in a quiet, good neighborhood in Quartz Hill, on the west side of valley A 1 bedroom , 1 full bath, and modern kitchen with smart appliances. A remote controlled fan and a separate remote controlled AC-heat unit in both the living room and bedroom worked well. Temperature control was great. A very large screen Smart TV in living room- remember to bring log in passwords to set up your at home channels. Full size fridge, oven , dishwasher and microwave. Sufficient utensils, and dinnerware, glasses and cups, etc. Stackable modern LG washer and dryer was very efficient. Super comfy bed with a 2nd set of linens and extra blankets. A designated off street parking spot- close to front door. Well lit entry. A responsive, friendly host! Good value. Comfortable, cozy, really enjoyed the stay!

Felt right at home! Will definitely stay again

This was probably the most favorite Airbnb I have booked thus far. Truly the cutest little apartment in Ventura. It was extremely walkable, and I thought the street parking would be difficult, but it was not a problem during our stay. I will say that although the location is convenient, you are right next to the street - so if you are someone who needs earplugs to rest or needs complete silence I recommend bringing some as it can be loud out there in the late hours. This place was exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed to do! Thank you so much David! We plan to visit again!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Booked for the rooftop pool view and it did not disappoint. The parking spot was a nice bonus. The unit itself was nice. Comfy bed, big tv, very clean. As others mentioned, it’s very bright; bring an eye mask if you don’t want to be up with the sunrise.

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
