Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Steuben County

Perfect location for a long weekend to visit the finger lakes. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we weren’t able to hike or bike as planned, but we did visit many wineries and breweries on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The house was spacious and clean, though it did have a faint smell of dogs. We are not animal people so we probably noticed it more than others. Loved being within walking distance to Point of the Bluff and Steuben Brewing! Highly recommend both. Wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor patio and fire pit. Would return!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

This cabin was incredible! Beautifully designed and decorated with high quality linens, kitchen utensils, and furnishings. The views from the deck and the master bedroom were spectacular! Be aware there are no blinds on the big windows in the bedroom which means a beautiful wake up with the sunrise at 5:30 am. The host assured us that no one could see in and we took her word for it!😉

My dogs and I spent a couple nights here on our way to Massachusetts and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. There is so much to do and see in the area! The cabin is just a short drive to Watkins Glen park as well as several others and SO many wineries! The cabin itself is comfortable and looked just like the pics. We had a great time and I’d love to come back 😊

Ann’s place was very warm and cozy and it felt like home. Neighborhood was easy to get to and very safe. Definitely recommend.

The property is beautiful and was nice to go out hunting with my friend. We both had a good time even being unsuccessful. Was nice to get away and spend some time in the woods.

The house was very clean and as described! The kitchen was well stocked, beds and furniture were comfortable. The large deck was awesome to eat and spend time on, and it was great to have the kayaks and pool available. The view from the large windows can’t be beat! Would definitely return.

Great for our first visit to the Finger Lakes area. A short drive to the center of town and excellent wineries! The Guidebook was very helpful!

We loved the location; it was very private and quiet. The space was very clean, and we felt like we were right at home. Shopping & restaurants are about a 15–20-minute drive which was perfect as we didn't want to be on top of people. We were able to sit out in the yard and relax the entire day by the fire. There was zero noise pollution, just the occasional cow moo which made us laugh. We would definitely recommend this as a wonderful, relaxing get away!

We had a terrific stay! Phillip was proactive and responsive. Check-in and check-out were easy . There were personal touches, snacks and wine awaiting us upon arrival! The house is beautifully located on the lake with great sunrises and views. Close to Hammondsport and many great wineries. Highly recommend!

Colin & Kaylee’s place was great! We stayed with our two dogs and 8-month-old son while exploring keuka’s wineries and breweries. Although not directly on the lake, we were only about 5 min away from at least three great wineries. Our dogs loved the wooded surroundings and had so much fun exploring. The pack n play at the cabin was in great condition and made packing a little easier for our crew. The place is definitely off the grid with little-to-no cell service, as described, but the WiFi worked great. Also it was very warm when we were visiting (low 90s) but there was a portable air conditioner for the main living area which was a godsend!

Property was beautiful. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time there.

The cabin was perfect for us and our two dogs, who travel with us often. We loved walking the trail and down the road and around the pond. My husband and I enjoyed the seating area at the pond and firepit. Communication was stellar with Danielle and Matt! We will return!

We loved our stay at this cute little cabin. The view was absolutely stunning. Dog friendly was a must for us! The cabin was very clean, not cluttered, and in a central location to many attractions. In fact, on our way there we were able to stop and see “The World’s Largest Pancake Griddle!” Do plan on a few extra minutes to drive here and there, it’s about 15-20 minutes from everything, but it’s a beautiful drive anyway you go! After reading reviews we planned ahead with extra sleep pillows, towels and blankets. The bed was harder than we are used to, not terrible but worth considering. We were glad we did bring extra pillows, that helped. We also brought lawn chairs but did find two at the cabin. So thankful for the pellet stove! The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils and even some basic spices, salt, pepper and sugar. There is a microwave, fridge, oven/stovetop and coffee pot. The bathroom had a set of towels. We definitely hope to be back, we really enjoyed our stay!

Scott’s place is always clean and comfortable! We enjoy our long holiday weekends at his rental. He’s quick to respond and helpful when needed. The location is one of our favorites!
