Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Steuben County

Our host was incredibly kind and understanding, especially when I got sick. He offered flexibility and support, which really made a difference. The place was pleasant and well prepared for hosting a family, with thoughtful touches and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated the warmth and support during a stressful moment.

This was a wonderful lake view location with beautiful surroundings and great space for indoor and outdoor activities. It was a short drive to town, close to local wineries and tucked away from noise and traffic. Perfect getaway spot!

Perfect location for a long weekend to visit the finger lakes. Unfortunately it rained all weekend so we weren’t able to hike or bike as planned, but we did visit many wineries and breweries on Keuka and Seneca lakes. The house was spacious and clean, though it did have a faint smell of dogs. We are not animal people so we probably noticed it more than others. Loved being within walking distance to Point of the Bluff and Steuben Brewing! Highly recommend both. Wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor patio and fire pit. Would return!

Absolutely Wonderful stay and the most accommodating hosts that we have ever experienced. David & Holly were responsive, super friendly and proactive. The accommodations were just what we needed for 4 people and so convenient for the concert we were attending at Point of the Bluff Winery. The place was clean, well provisioned (even the medicine cabinet was stocked with essentials!). We asked D & H about a regular coffee pot and within 30 minutes they stopped by with a wonderful Mr. Coffee Brewer. During their brief visit David asked about our plans for the weekend and shared his positive experience with the concert venue. We are happy to extend our highest recommendations for both the accommodations and for the hosts D&H! Thank you Good Folks!

The property is very nice and right on the lake with beautifulviews. The house is very clean and has a well stocked kitchen. We would recommend it to others.

We had a great time here! Chris gave us incredible food and activity recommendations making our stay extremely worthwhile. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here- the views were incredible, the dock was so peaceful, and we loved having access to a fire pit. The driveway is pretty steep, required to walk up/down to access the dock. Our stay was perfect, can't wait to return.

My husband and I stayed here for a relaxing peaceful weekend and it was great!! There’s a nice screened in porch so we were still able to “be outside” even while it was raining. Cute cottage and beautiful views.

The house was perfect for hosting a large group for a bachelorette weekend. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors for group meals, ample sleeping space, and room to spread out comfortably throughout the house. With several bathrooms and even three refrigerators, it was well-equipped for a big group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils we needed. During our stay, we did a wine tour and visited several spots around Seneca and Keuka Lake. Everything was great—everyone had a fantastic time!

Jane’s place was very nice and clean! We would consider staying here again if we’re in the area. She was very responsive and left delicious muffins for us!

Charming, updated, comfortable and clean space with everything you need and more for a short or long stay. It’s just a short walk to village shops and restaurants and lake access and a short drive to many fabulous wineries.

Loved the space and the location. Walked into town for dinner and breakfast. Really comfy bed.s and so quiet. Hammondsport is cute and quaint. They roll up the sidewalks at night when it's dark (except a few inns/pubs) but it still has its own charm. Will definitely return.

This place was super clean and quiet area just off the lake. It was a bit further from things than we originally realized. It was our first time in the Finger Lakes and everything is a bit of a drive. Other than that, this place was very clean and homey.

Jeanne and her husband were the perfect hosts for our little getaway! They were super kind and the whole experience was super nice. The place was very clean and Jeanne left restaurant and winery recommendations for us. Will definitely be staying again!

My stay was very nice. I am happy I stayed there and will probably stay there again someday.

Scott’s place is always clean and comfortable! We enjoy our long holiday weekends at his rental. He’s quick to respond and helpful when needed. The location is one of our favorites!

Our stay at Carolyn's was exceptional! Her property is the quintessential perfect farm country, lake and rolling hills property. Beautiful, peaceful, serene, but with a buzz of activity with the entertaining woodchucks, lake catfish and song- birds. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. It is also a wonderful Airbnb for families, and kids have plenty of outdoor area to play and explore safely (with adult supervision). Carolyn provided all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Carolyn was not only a delightful person but was quick to respond to our requests with a friendly and helpful attitude. Dividing Waters was centrally located for visiting a variety of sites such as Corning, Corning Glass Museum, Curtiss Museum, Watkins Glen and Finger Lakes area and local restaurants in the area. We would highly recommend staying at Dividing Waters which we dubbed "Happy Acres". If we are ever in this area again, we would happily stay at Dividing Waters again. Denise & Tim
