On 75 square meters there are two bedrooms with box spring beds, a kitchen with upscale equipment, a bathroom with spacious shower and towel heating and a cozy living room with dining area and access to the balcony. Parking is available right in front of the house on the street.

Zu der ruhig und doch zentral zwischen Lüneburg und Hamburg gelegenen Whg. gehören zwei voll möblierte Zimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeiten für zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind, ein Flur, Küche und Duschbad. Diese schöne Whg. liegt idyllisch zwischen Wiesen und einem Deich in einer verkehrsberuhigten und von Fahrradfahrern beliebten Straße und nur 1 km vom Bahnhof und dem Ortskern entfernt. Ein kleiner Gartenbereich mit Rasenfläche lädt zum Entspannen ein.

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Near Hamburg, in the countryside

We look forward to seeing everyone who wants to have a good time with us. Since we are quite centrally located, it is an almost optimal starting point for activities. For bikers and cyclists, we have a small workshop for maintenance. Vehicles can also be adjusted here. Drying clothes is possible in the boiler room. Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.

The Hygge House is a fully renovated modern small vacation home with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large living room (75 m² living space). In addition, there is an outdoor barrel sauna and an outdoor hot tub in the garden of the Hygge Haus (exclusive use just for you).
