Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Küche ist super eingerichtet, man kann sofort loskochen. Auch das Esszimmer ist super - das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Das Masterschlafzimmer ist toll, die anderen Zimmer deutlich kleiner, das trifft auch auf das Bad zu. Es ging aber. Der Boden knarzt laut, das war ungewohnt, ist aber bei Bauernhäusern halt so.

Alles war wie beschrieben, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles, modernes Wohlfühl- Chalet im schönen Filzmoos. Wir haben die Zeit als Familie dort sehr genossen. Andrea und Oliver sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Super Kommunikation und stets erreichbar. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub bei Ute und ihrer Familie. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön. Traumhaft auch für unsere Kinder. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben viele tolle Tipps für alles bekommen. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder und bedanken uns für einen schönen Urlaub.

A very charming and eclectic home to stay at for our holiday. It looks very much like the photos, but has an added charm to it that can’t be conveyed by photos. It is an older home but has all of the modern amenities that you need for your stay, such as a fully functioning kitchen. The plunge pool is cold and refreshing on a hot day and our son enjoyed playing in the backyard. Although it isn’t necessarily the most child proof home, Ingo made sure that we had a crib with bedding and a child safety gate for our 2 year old. There were also some toys provided for our toddler to play with. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home.

Ruhig gelegen, kann man das tolle Haus mit Sauna und Whirpool genießen und die Zeit zum Entspannen und für die Familie nutzen. Jaroslav hat jede Frage im Vorfeld schnell beantwortet und es hat alles super geklappt und war für uns als Großfamilie vorbereitet. Für die nötigsten Lebensmittel war im nächsten Ort ein Supermarkt (24/7) und durch die Nähe zu Österreich fanden wir einen lokalen Metzger und Bäcker mit tollen Produkten. Kommen gerne wieder … Entspannung pur!

Wonderful stay! Very close drive from Salzburg city center, comfortable bedrooms for 10 guests plus a big pull out couch, a large dining table for all 11 of us, and the top floor was a common area with TV and tables to get ready. Rene was a very responsive and helpful host, he made sure we had everything we needed and more! We were able to do our laundry midway through our trip which was very helpful and there were tons of coffee pods were included so we were well-caffeinated as well haha. There was enough parking for 3 cars. Thank you so much Rene for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!!

Tolle und geräumige Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Beispielsweise Wandern, Pool, Volleyball, Fußball.

Прекрасный вариант, чтобы остановиться большой семьей с машиной. Есть паркоместо на территории, относительно недалеко до Линца. Само место проживания представляет собой отдельный дом с 4 комнатами, 2 этажа. Есть все необходимое для жизни. Хозяйка Мария очень дружелюбна и готова помочь в случае необходимости.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten jeden Tag im Garten frühstücken, herrlich in der Sonne sitzen und lesen. Der Garten ist wunderschön! Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten direkt im Stadtzentrum.

We were in town for an event, so we did not spend much time at the house. However, the surroundings are very beautiful, it is a peaceful area, and the host was very friendly. For those not by car, it is too far out of the way, but with a car, this is a great place to retreat to for a quiet evening after a day of exploring.

Sehr komfortable, schöne, hochwertige Wohnung mit wunderbarer Aussicht (Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer), dazu ruhig. Noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Sehr gut geeignet zum entspannen, draußen auf der Terrasse (inkl. Liegestühle) und drinnen in den bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sogar von einem der Betten hat man einen tollen Blick! Viele Wandermöglichkeiten in schöner Landschaft. Privatsphäre, von den Nachbarn bekommt man nichts mit. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben erg genoten van Barbara’s verblijf. Bij aankomst stond Barbara klaar om ons te verwelkomen. Het appartement had precies wat we nodig hadden en de omgeving was prachtig! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft und Marion ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Carmen ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hat unsere Fragen im Vorfeld prompt beantwortet sowie uns hilfreiche Infos zum Aufenthalt geschickt. Das im Buchungspreis inkludierte Guest Mobility Ticket bekamen wir praktischerweise schon vor der Anreise. Das Appartement ist ansprechend eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben diese Unterkunft bereits weiter empfohlen.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche in der Alpetalhütte verbracht. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns herzlich aufgenommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um das Berchtesgadener Land zu entdecken, auch gleich zu Fuß. Besonders wohltuend: der Blick aus der Sauna in den Wald. Alles einfach wunderbar.

It’s our second time staying here when visiting family who live locally and also skiing at the Feuerkogel. Accommodation is exactly as described, house is pristine.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We had a wonderful time at this location! The place was perfect for enjoying the warm weather and was also well-equipped to keep things cozy when it got chilly. Everything was very clean. Parking was easy, and the location was convenient—close to a variety of attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

Mein Aufenthalt in Berchtesgaden war einfach super! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur sehr sauber und gemütlich, sondern vor allem die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war gut erreichbar – sowohl die Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Фріц і Жозефіна були дуже приємні. Чиста квартира, гарно пахло. На запитання завжди відповідав ввічливо і охоче. Порадили і допомогли завжди і зі всім. Хоча Фріц живе в тому ж будинку ми його майже не бачили і було відчуття що ми там самі. Також ми були у Гальштаті, але озеро у Фріца нам сподобалось більше. Дуже дякуємо Фріц і Жозефіна! Бажаємо Вам багато вдячних гостей. Якщо захочемо ще колись приїхати на озеро обовʼязково будемо гостювати у них!
