Cozy and child-friendly house in the middle of Stege

Cozy and extremely child-friendly house in Stege. Located on a quiet residential road with beautiful surroundings. Here you live close to water, forest, shopping and not least Ladder's cozy commercial street. The house invites you to socialize, both inside and out. Children and adults are free to use the trampoline and gym in the garden. Inside, there are lots of books, games, puzzles, Lego, drawing supplies, and gems, but without TV. Sleeps 6 inside the house and 2 bedrooms in the orangery or on the couch. Feel free to ask for dates that aren't available.

The villa is beautifully situated in large garden overlooking the sea and high Møn. The house is part of Teater Møn, a former school, which is a theatre and cultural house where theatre performances are regularly performed, and various events are held, but it takes place in the other houses of the place. The villa for rent is the old inspector's residence, completely unoccupied, with its own exit to the garden. It is newly refurbished, tastefully decorated and suitable for one or more families who rent the house together.

Trendy villa - near the sea

Warm welcome to this child-friendly villa. The house has nice big social spaces inside & outside. In the garden, there is a jacuzzi, lovely lounge furniture,as well as barbecue, pizza oven and a wok pan. There are 3 bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two 90 beds, and a room with a 90 bed. There are electric car chargers as well as parking. Car charging there is a charge. On the plot there is a newly built luxury guesthouse that can be rented if you wish. It is 10 minutes by bike to the beach

Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

You can easily get to the old town of Køge with the cozy square and the many old houses. Copenhagen is only 45 minutes away by car or train. You can make a holiday here that can accommodate all needs. Ideal for one or more families who need everything to go smoothly. It is possible to purchase more places to stay.

Modern Villa with swimming pool for 8 people!

Large areas around the house for swimming in heated pool, sunbathing in the sun loungers, barbecue dinners and jumps in the trampoline. Four bedrooms (including three double beds and two single beds), a bathroom with shower and laundry/dryer and a guest toilet. 10 minutes by bike to the nearby beaches (both Skanör harbor and Falsterbobryggan). 500 m to the Ica store and Skanör center through the city park and just as far to the Falsterbo Horseshow area.
