The bedroom has a double bed with a private entrance, and the bathroom offers a shower for peace and relaxation. From the kitchen, you can go out on a large wooden terrace – perfect for morning coffee and dinners. 4 min. walk to the beach/water and shared swimming pool in the summer. Chromecast, books and basic items such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee machine. Bring your own bedding and towels.

The house is located on a 35,000m2 wild nature plot, surrounded by tall trees, so you have the experience of being alone in nature, along with the farm's mini pigs and sheep. The house and lease include its own large private garden with terrace and entrance via beautiful courtyard. By agreement, there may be access to the sauna - this must be agreed separately. The place is only 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to the cozy town, Præstø.

The country estate is from 1847 and in classic style, and the "Forvalterboligen" has been renovated continuously, most recently in 2022. We are neighbors to the outdoor swimming pool with 4 pools open May-August. We live and work daily from home and are excited to welcome you to our family farm and to a great experience in the scenic surroundings of South Zealand.

Her er ideelt til børnefamilien, vi har badekar, pusleplads, gynge og græs at boltre sig på. Bag grunden ligger byens lille fodboldbane. Der er 5 minuters kørsel til nærmeste sandstrand, og langs kysten utallige perler af de bedste strande i Danmark.

Hvis du har brug for at tage en pause, skal du opleve vores fredelige oase under 250 meter fra Møns bedste sandstrand. Om sommeren er havnen fyldt med liv med flere restauranter, madmarked, Møn Surf, samt baren Pier To Heaven med live musik. Er det strandferie, vandring, cykelferie mm., så har du mulighed for det her.
