Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Staten Island

Christian was a wonderful host. The space was absolutely beautiful, it was perfect. I can’t say enough how clean this space was. The air conditioning was perfect and the outdoor space was like a peaceful garden. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Shawn's place. It's clean and exactly like the pictures. We'll definitely book his place again if we'll ever visit the area again. In addition, Shawn is a great host. He makes sure we have everything we need.

House was comfortable and worked well for the five of us. Pete responded quickly to the few questions we had. Would definitely stay again!!!

Very clean and conveniently located apartment. Both the bed in the bedroom and the foldout were comfortable (the foldout is a little tricky to figure out: you have to pull the ottoman out and then incline the back of the couch, but it also nice to sit and watch tv with just the ottoman out). The space was clean and well laid out.

Always one of our very favorite places to stay!

We stayed for a week and a half at Paula's place and really enjoyed it, especially the kitchen and dining room. The place was very clean, there was plenty of room for the two of us and we occasionally had overnight guests. The neighborhood is safe and we parked two blocks away in a free municipal lot. Paula was very responsive and friendly whenever a situation came up.

Migdalia’s place was perfect for our stay. We especially appreciated that there were two bathrooms and three full size bedrooms. Shower pressure was very good and beds big and comfortable. We were really happy that the apartment had umbrellas we could borrow for rainy days. Only 15 minutes walk to the train station and the train took you straight to NY Penn station. If we ever come back to NYC, we would love to book this place again. We highly recommend to everyone searching for clean and comfortable place to stay in the vicinity of NYC.

The apartment and the views from the same is unparalleled and worth every penny! The layout and everything was well thought out. This far outweighs the small negatives like fewer than ideal utensils, etc.

Absolutely love our stay this weekend. Everything was as described. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was so clean. Great recommendations for food. We took the ferry into the city and it was so easy! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The space was excellent and Sylvia is extremely friendly and responded very quickly. Certain areas nearby weren’t the nicest but the home felt very safe and secure, and I had no issues leaving my car parked in the driveway. It was very conveniently located for getting into New York using the bright line and trains. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for us to sleep 4 people. The bedrooms were nice and bathroom recently updated. We experienced some loud noise from the above neighbors on a Sunday morning but other than that it was quite. There is a nice washer and dryer with detergent that we used too. It was also nice to be close to Pershing field park and not far to get on the PATH train into NYC.

Everything about our stay was great! The home was comfortable, beautiful, clean, unique, as described, with amazing views! We would definitely stay here again when coming to the City. Alex was a very responsive host from the very first contact. All of our questions were answered within minutes. I would recommend this home and working with Alex any time!

Linyan was an incredible host! Not only was she friendly and helpul, she even surprised us with a cake and presents for my daughter's 5th birthday while we were there! Truly a wonderful place to stay with a great host. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

staying here for the second time, and felt very peaceful, comfy and spacious place like the first time. the host adjusted as I had to check in early. this place has all the amenities that one will need washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator. Will stay here again if I have to.

Terrific house, great deck with spectacular views of the lake (plus, we saw bald eagles twice), nice dock and swimming, very enjoyable and relaxing place for my family to spend an extended weekend. Highly recommend.
