Apartment holiday rentals in Staten Island

We were in town for a family event so the location worked out perfectly for us. Nicole was friendly and accommodating by letting us get into the Airbnb early because we had our infant with us. The space was super clean and had all the amenities you needed. It’s located in a quiet and beautiful area with great local restaurants and coffee shops. I would gladly stay here again.

I really liked our stay. The house was nice and it was close to public transportation so we could easily get to the main attractions. The host was very flexible on check-in and let us drop off our luggage early so that we could explore the city and not have to carry around a bunch of luggage. Check-in was super easy. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. My partner and I were traveling from Toronto, and the entire process was made incredibly smooth from start to finish. Check-in was seamless, and the unit offered more than enough space to comfortably accommodate us. Thank you once again—I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

It’s definitely a great place to stay if you have 2-4 people and don’t mind sharing a bed. They have a washer and dryer just in case you need to do laundry. It’s definitely worth the price. Also figuring out how to get to New York City isn’t too bad if you use google/Apple Maps. And there’s a gas station with a Burger King attached to it in walking distance. The only critique I have is that they need to update their mattress cover protectors because they were stained. But there were not any bugs, so that was definitely good. Overall I would stay here again for sure

This place was absolutely beautiful even though I only stayed for a few hours due to an early flight. I absolutely loved the decor, how clean it was and everything that they have there for you. The parking and the area was perfect. I had no problems and finding the house was no issue. The neighborhood seemed pretty calm and safe. The attention to details was out of this world. Great job.

Neighborhood is beautiful. Apartment really well and convenient and well spaced. Board game present. The host is willing to respond to your requests. The only thing I didn't like was that when I arrived we noticed that some spaces hadn't been cleaned.

My friend and I came to town to catch a NWSL game in Harrison. This spot was perfect! Walkable to the arena and to Newark Penn. Katie is an amazing host! She was responsive and friendly and helped to make us feel welcome. Her place is beautiful and cool.

We enjoyed our couple days at Nilmaras place!! While we were there it was pretty quiet and a dead end street. Parking in the driveway was great since that street can get pretty busy.

Such an amazing and comfortable spot right in the heart of jersey city! Ben and Janine were both super kind and hospitable hosts who made us feel at home from start to finish. The amenities were very thoughtful from laundry pods to bedside fans, and being on the basement floor made for much-needed cooler temps during the NJ summer. Highly recommend making this your home away from home if you’re ever in the area!

This Airbnb experience was like a well oiled machine. The apartment was roomy, cozy, quiet, and inviting. There was an impeccable level of detail to the place that anticipated any possible needs (I needed to iron my clothes, for instance). And finally, Rachel was very helpful, her guidelines clear, and I greatly appreciated that she was able to accommodate my unexpected need to change the arrival date.

Linsey’s place was easy to settle into—comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail was covered, from kid-friendly dishes and towels to an iron and teapot, making it feel like a home away from home. The space was quiet and restful after full days exploring the city, and the lighting in the evening made it feel especially cozy. Clear instructions and room controls helped us feel self-sufficient, and the toys for the kids were such a sweet bonus. Linsey’s communication was detailed and considerate throughout. We also loved Café Spaghetti just around the corner—a neighborhood gem with great hours and a relaxed vibe perfect for little ones.

This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

Vlad was a fantastic host, always available and quick to respond. The house was perfect, nothing to complain about... ample space, a beautiful kitchen, a bedroom with glass doors overlooking the garden, a dream backyard, and quiet, typical surroundings. Getting to Manhattan was also incredibly easy, just a very pleasant 7-minute walk to the PATH train, which takes you to the World Trade Center in just two stops. I highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely return. Thanks for everything, Vlad!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

The apartment was wonderful, super cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We had an amazing time! The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We asked a lot of questions, and he answered every single one with patience and care. This is truly a great example of how to treat guests. Highly recommend this place - such a great apartment and overall experience!

Our host Paula was extremely friendly and responsive. She responded to all my question and messages in a very timely manner, often within minutes. Everything was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

Celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and it was lovely! The decorations were beautiful and I absolutely loved our custom wine bottle! Thank you so much Shaquannah for everything! 😊❤️✨

OMG BEST AIRBNB EVER. VERY CLOSET TO RESTAURANT AND STORES. SO BEAUTIFUL ON THE INSIDE. BATHROOM IS THE START OF THE SHOW. HAD STUFF THAT YOU DIDNT KNOW YOU NEEDED. EVERYTHING IS SO TECHY FOR THE PRICE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND WAS SAD TO LEAVE.
