The apartment is even better than the pictures show! The view is simply stunning, and the space is extremely comfortable, clean and well organized. The location is also excellent, with restaurants, a bakery, a market and several snack bars nearby. The host Jonathan was exceptional — always very polite, helpful and quick to respond, clarifying all our doubts with attention. From check-in to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. Our stay at Lenilza's place was wonderful. Perfectly like the ad, a very complete building with a concierge with facial recognition, the location doesn't even need to be commented on, Ponta Negra is the best option to stay with a complete infrastructure. The apartment itself is very top, very beautiful view and with the necessary amenities for a good stay. Guilherme, who attended to us, was an extremely helpful guy, quickly assisting us in everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Natal!!

The seclusion is very well located, close to taxis to go to the nearby beaches, close to restaurants for lunch or dinner. It was not necessary to rent a car. If you had any questions, the answer was very quick. Very nice pool and facilities. Highly recommended.

All perfect!! The beautiful, clean, super cozy apartment, we love every detail, we didn't even want to leave.. Everything within the accesses, from André, the porters of the condominium itself. We try to enjoy everything, the pool, fitness center, we love the market.. Uber was accepting fast, it was my first experience and it was great, I intend to come back again!!! We did some walks, I gave preference to agencies that took and searched the condominium, since I did not rent a car.. If you're interested, I recommend it!

The appartment is amazing! Ample, beautiful decor, cozy and with a perfect view of the city! It is close to exactly everything. Indico to those who go, look at the map before doing the tours on its own, as it has access by Solânea in the upper part as Bananeiras on the bottom. Super recommend.❤️

The apartment is impeccable, with a clean and organized atmosphere that conveys coziness and tranquility. Each room is well lit, with pleasant and functional decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The furniture is well maintained and arranged in a practical way, while the air is fresh and the overall feeling is one of care and zeal. However, the entrance has a small setback: the doorman, on two occasions, tried to prevent access, which can cause some discomfort. Despite this, the interior of the apartment compensates for any inconvenience, being a comfortable and well-maintained refuge.

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.

Host Isa is very attentive, helpful and friendly, always willing to resolve any request. The apartment is very well decorated, complete with all utensils and equipment.

Enrico's place is a 💎 in São Miguel do Gostoso. It is close to the beach and you can walk to the strip where the restaurants are located. The house itself is great, with a lovely swimming pool to relax. The communication was easy and the lady helping locally was really great. I definitely recommend his place.

Erika is a true superhost, in the most literal sense of the word. It made everything meticulously prepared and welcomed us very well. The house is excellent: wide, comfortable, very clean, well cared for and with a super cozy garden. It is also quite complete, with all the utensils needed for a practical and comfortable stay. Communication with the hostess was always easy, quick and cordial. The condominium is quiet, safe and has a direct access to Praia do Madeiro through a short and pleasant trail. We went on a prolonged holiday, when the city was quite full, but the home + condominium ecosystem ensured a lot of tranquility and peace. Super recommend the rental!

The house is extremely comfortable, all clean and in very good taste. The condominium is of high standard with thermal pool, fitness room, sauna. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is nothing missing. Excellent quality sheets and towels. The hostess is always prompt and attentive. Nothing to complain about, just complimenting. I will come back for sure.

Samuel and Lenise's house has a beautiful and well-maintained garden. It is well ventilated. The beds are comfortable, varieties of environments with tables. The living room is tastefully decorated. In the kitchen you can find practically everything you need. The street is quiet, there is a small square near the house that is good for children to play. As for the condominium, it's sensational! It has several trails, a golf course, a soccer field, a small farm, etc. The best of Bananeiras. About the hosts: they are highly helpful. They will do everything to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. They respond to messages quickly too. We'll be back soon!
