Very nice and cozy house, well-equipped and centrally located. We really felt at home. It was six unforgettable days and a lot of family rest. I highly recommend the house as a lodging option in Atins, especially for those who like privacy, who sometimes want to cook their meals and want to have a space to stay at home among the amazing tours in Lençóis, on the beaches or in Rio Preguiças. We hope we will be able to return soon.

Really amazing hosting! The house is complete, identical to photos, it has everything you need, outside the view to the river that is surreal. Not to mention Mr Caaú, who is the one who welcomes us and meets all our needs, a very good person! I'll definitely come back more often.

The stay was great, the hosts very polite and friendly, nice breakfast, tidy room, comfortable bed, cool air conditioning, large bathroom, the fact that it is far from the center gets in the way a little, but for another it pays off because in the center it should be a lot of noisy. Note 10!

It was excellent. Claudionor is a great person! The house was clean and tidy, the air conditioners are new and the pool is excellent, it has a very nice side space.

Our 2nd stay with Glaucia, there have been improvements in the house since our first stay, such as repair of areas, installation of a side door and a clothes tank that we liked and missed from last time. The house is small and cozy and is well equipped with kitchen utensils, hot shower and new fans in the room (+ air-conditioning). It has already become our favorite house in Mosqueiro and is worth it for those who want to relax in the pool enjoying a calm and quiet neighborhood

Graziela great host, always available to assist us in what was needed, if it were to suggest something..... it would be a microwave, but the stove and utensils served us perfectly ....super recommend!

If you think about visiting São Luís, I have no doubt that this house is the best option. It's even hard to describe the feeling of peace, privacy, and the beauty of the place. It exceeded expectations and I'm thinking about coming back. Perfect for group travel. Host Nagib and Lilian welcomed us wonderfully and made us feel at home.

My wife and I stayed 9 days in Adilza's apartment We often return to São Luís for work, and I venture to say that this apartment is the best Airbnb for two people in the city. Very good location, close to restaurants and other important points of the city. Well equipped, cozy and with a great wifi (we played our Home office without any problem). Highlight for the mezzanine with Eastern decor for a beautiful sushi and the balcony with a beautiful view! Communication with Adilza super fluid and smooth. Host very attentive. Would recommend and we will come back for sure!

Simply perfect! My stay at Marko's apartment was amazing. The apartment is impeccable, exactly as in the pictures, extremely clean, organized, with a very tasteful decoration and a wonderful view. The location is great, close to great restaurants and with easy access to everything. I want to leave a special thank you to Marko, who was an extremely attentive, helpful and kind host at all times. And also to Dona Vitória, responsible for cleaning, who keeps the apartment impeccable, everything was absolutely clean, smells and very well taken care of. I recommend with my eyes closed. Patrícia innovating in the city of Araguatins, since the place has hotels extremely accommodated in a bad stay, keeping hostage the people who go to the city mainly for work, for lack of options. To my surprise, we were very well received, Patrícia was very attentive and kind, the bed was wonderful, the bed linen and towels were top quality, and from the front of the house you can see the river. I was very happy to have Patricia's accommodation as an option. I recommend and approve.

The house is very cozy, with a spacious kitchen and great living area. It has a beautiful backyard with trees, but ends up bringing some mosquitoes home. Overall, great stay, would be back for sure

My family and I had a great weekend stay. The cozy house, a safe and pleasant local neighborhood ideal for family to stay with tranquility, very close to the beach and to good restaurants. The house was as in the pictures and description. Clean and well-kept, the furniture was comfortable and functional. Mr. Nonato was an excellent host, helpful and met all our needs and always responded to us quickly. I will definitely return to other opportunities with my family.

We loved staying at Sandra's cottage. I was a little worried about the distance from the center, as we were without a car. But it was very peaceful, although there is no Uber, there are a lot of taxis available. And all the tours we took picked us up and dropped us off at home. Access to the river is a big plus. The house is very well-equipped, and very pleasant, we felt at home.

The house is facing the beach, with a lot of privacy, for those who want peace and quiet. The township that received us was Luiz, owner of the house, who was very requested. The house has a barbecue, a good refrigerator, a suite with air conditioning, internet, balcony and basic utensils. Luiz is still making some improvements to the house, such as the installation of the water tank. I believe it will get even better. Nearby, there are only two restaurant and beach houses. Then it is necessary to take everything you need. The place is safe. The road to the beach is not in good condition, but carefully, it is possible to arrive quietly. Definitely, it's a special adventure on the island that's worth knowing! Everything is surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes.
