The host Filipe was attentive and hospitable, and answered all questions politely and quickly. Super clean, organized chalet and fragrant bedding, including great books on the shelf. Quiet street, close to the main avenue of the center. We received a visit from a friendly and affectionate Siamese cat during our stay, who would ask for affection and food lol. We were able to spot macaws and even toucans in the late afternoon, in the parking lot, in the nearby trees. Note 10.

The atmosphere is very pleasant, with plenty of contact with nature — ideal for recharging your batteries. The high house is amazing!!! The house was impeccable, super clean, organized, and decorated with amazing good taste. Every detail was thought out with affection, and this made all the difference in our stay. We spend wonderful days, with great comfort and tranquility. We had a great experience! The house is exactly as advertised and was very clean, well maintained and very cozy. The host Priscyla was very attentive and was always available to assist us. Otimo Espaco, otima localizacao, even with a trendy bar underneath did not influence ANYTHING in the noise. Nearby bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants. We'll be able to secure the area. Tatiana was super soliciata always responding quickly and giving necessary attention.

The apartment is exactly as described, small and practical for a short period. The host is solicitous and responds quickly. The surroundings are quiet and wooded, very pleasant. The neighbor's work only bothered us in the first one, it must be a temporary situation. There are shops around and the ice cream shop/cafeteria on the ground floor is really good. Just be aware that the bakeries/snack bars on the block open later, around 9 a.m. However, walking about 10 minutes there are breakfast options.
