House in perfect condition, good location and attentive host

Space as advertised. New and well located, compatible with the price offered. As an alert, only the sofa bed does not accommodate two people, maybe one.

Incredibly perfect as always! After we saw Wallace's apartments, we didn't want to change to any other. Everything is always impeccable, very clean, and the hotel staff are always very polite. We will return when we can!

Place clean and well located. Only the saved address is confused when you place on the gps, but the host responded quickly and directed it to the location.

The place is charming, with a cozy house and incredible landscape. Unfortunately, we were unable to fully enjoy the stay due to the smell of mold in the house and the lack of comfort of the pillows. The host is very attentive and responds quickly to messages, which was a plus. In addition, the trail and river located on the property are easily accessible and provide pleasant moments in the midst of nature. The road for access despite being very steep was perfectly passable with a conventional car without 4 wheel drive.

simply magnificent, super clean, cozy, wonderful pool with three levels of heat , airy space, freezer and refrigerator in good condition, rooms with space, gradavel ventilation, and the super polite amphité, good people, the surroundings have a huge dam, with access to jetski and to swim with, barbecue available, it really compensates, from the Morumbi neighborhood to there and then only 20 min, super safe, soh I have to thank , and I will come back more times!!!!!!!!!!!

We rented for the carnival season and it was an excellent experience. The house is great and has everything you need as described in the listing. Mr. Leonel always helpful and answering all doubts. We love the pool and the automation of the house. We will definitely return at another time.

Quiet check-in and check-out, the apartment is new, and includes hospitality (bed linen and towels for use in the apartment) and storage. There are cookware such as silverware, plates and glasses. The pools are mostly cold, unlike the other hotels in Caldas. Just one that was a little warmer. They could vary the temperature from a cooler to a very hot one, to try to please the most diverse tastes. We only use it on the day of arrival, when we chose to have a meal there, sorry to be missing several menu products. We opted for a meat with cassava that was ok. The children used the society field every day and there were always more young people to play ball. We dine in the restaurants that are close to the reception, where there are hamburgers, crepe, craft beer, Italian restaurant and regional food. We intend to return in a warmer time to enjoy the pools and resort area better.

The apartment is very comfortable and very well located. The village has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and, for those who prefer to eat outside , there is a very close bakery that serves breakfast and various snacks during the day. It is close to restaurants as well. The building's laser area is small, but everything works well. The place is very quiet, with few people in the pools and I thought this was great. I liked everything and I highly recommend it. Nara de made it available for all the time. Be very satisfied with everything.

I spent exactly 30 days here in Guilherme's apartment and it was my first contact with Brasilia, my new address! I exchanged the Bahian capital through the federal capital and the apartment, in front of Lake Paranoá, gave me the impression of being in front of the beach. The place has very polite attendants and Thursday day there is a fair with selected products such as fruits and beans for sale, as well as ready-made food. Very nice! The place has a restaurant La Terrasse with very good price, beauty salon, PET Shop, convenience store, gym ( 200 reais a month) and the apartment is super comfortable. I would stay longer but the price was a bit salty! But it was super worth it! Super recommend! Oh, Guilherme is a friend of the animals , I brought my two cats and everything went smoothly.
