Lots of parking for boats, cars, etc. We are located 2 minutes from Saddlers Creek State Park , 30 minutes to Clemson, 20 minutes to Anderson , 18 minutes to downtown Hartwell, GA. and less than 10 minutes from The Oaks and HUITT Farms wedding venues and 15 minutes to GREEN POND Landing and Portman Marina. Enjoy the peacefulness this home has to offer. There is NO dock access for this home.

We named our place "What A View" because those will be the words out of your mouth when you walk through the front door. The beauty of the lake is captivating and it creates an atmosphere of rest and relaxation that we know you will enjoy. With four bedrooms and two large living areas, we specialize in hosting large families, but our primary bedroom and it's incredible view make it a great getaway for couples as well. We welcome you to make some special memories at our refuge on Broadway Lake.

Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

This 1950 farmhouse is perfect for relaxing on the patio or playing corn hole in the backyard while visiting the upstate. - 5 min to Broadway Lake's McFall's Landing (boating/event venue) - 10 min to downtown Anderson (restaurants, coffee shops, shopping) - 15 min to Anderson University (tour campus or explore the Rocky River Nature Conservancy) Note: This home has one bathroom and no washer/dryer access. Ground Rules: No pets. No smoking inside. No more than 5 people present at any time.
