House holiday rentals in Starkville

The house worked great for our needs. It was close to everything in Starkville but once in it, felt like we were out of the city. We enjoyed the view of the lake while sitting on the back porch. The communication with Katie was really good. I only had one small item during the stay that she responded to immediately. Although we did not make use of the extended time offered for access to the property it was extremely nice to have that offer. Thanks for the use of your house. We would recommend this property.

Todd was onsite to help with food delivery just prior to check in- the place is spacious and todd is so helpful! There are waterfowl on the lake so it's very serene ! Will be planning another family get together here! Spacious area with wonderful gift basket to greet us! Views from large picture windows are amazing! The house was clean and comfortable!! Quick to get to Ms state functions or fun restaurants! We were so pleased!!!

The location was fabulous! You could not ask for better. Very close to MSU Stadium and downtown shopping. There is also a neighborhood Walmart right down the street. Literally everything was within 2 miles. The house was gorgeous, love the master bathroom and open kitchen! Having 2 living rooms was extremely useful with kids. We had a great time in the pool and it was well maintained. The kitchen appliances were very high end and fully equipped. We will definitely be returning!

What. A. Property. This was a very last minute booking and I didn’t have high expectations of what I would find during Super Bulldog weekend, but WOW. This place was absolutely unreal. The pool, the grill, the hot tub, the basketball court - all insane amenities that we took full advantage of! There is a pool slide for kids and the host provides a basketball for the court which is very appreciated and the outdoor kitchen is absolutely TO DIE for. We grilled and the charcoal grill was amazing! The host was super responsive to anything we needed. Any issues were addressed promptly. The beds are very comfortable and the master suite is the size of some apartments, haha. My favorite room was the bunk room though where I stayed with my two kids. It is DARK - a must have for small children that still take naps. The area is very safe and the house is at the back of the property so you feel secluded and safe even though you are minutes from an aldi and town. The three car garage helps!

This house is located in a perfect neighborhood! Pool is nice! This place could not have been better.

Peggy is amazing! She is friendly, helpful, and just the sweetest. Her place was peaceful, clean, beautiful, and like no other place we've stayed. We instantly felt like we were at home. All of her farm animals are just an added bonus- it was so neat to see them living their best life. Inside the Oasis, the amenities were over the top (i.e. farm fresh eggs in the fridge) and so much thought was put into all the "extras". Lastly, we have never been to a more dog-friendly location. There were dog-friendly specific blankets for the bed and couch so our puppies could feel right at home too! The yard was fenced in and there was a shaded area for the puppies. Would MOST DEFINITELY stay again!

Paradise on the Prairie is a beautiful place to stay! We felt right at home. Would have loved to jump into the pool while we were there - but it was too cold outside!! 🥶. We will definitely be back!

Everything was exactly how described. My family had a great time very peaceful very spacious. We barbecued and enjoyed the pool. if you’re just looking for a relaxing getaway, this is most definitely the place to stay. The house is beautiful. I will most definitely be staying again. Jody the host was amazing. Checked on us throughout our trip to make sure we didn’t need anything. And always responded in a timely manner.

Really cute home. Owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Home was clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. We had 3 couples staying and there was plenty of room for everyone!

My family had a great stay. The home was absolutely beautiful, fully stocked with everything we needed, comfortable furnishings, and was very clean. It was also in a quiet neighborhood that was convenient to MSU and the Starkville area. We do recommend this home if you are looking for a place while in Starkville. Hail State!

Overall was very nice and clean. Did have a strange smell upon entering the home but overall was very cozy.

My family and I make a 10 hr drive from Fl to Ms every May. We usually stay at a hotel, but decided to try an Airbnb this time. After a long drive this property was exactly what we needed. The property was easy to find and check in was super easy. The host is very responsive! The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with necessities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Starkville area. We were super close to restaurants and shopping. I think my family would agree with me when I say this property is a 10/10.

This charming home is very close to Mississippi State University. The home was cozy and comfortable. The home is just as it is pictured. It also has a kitchen with regular sized refrigerator, stove, microwave where you can prepare any meal. I love the Mississippi State decor in the home. We also enjoyed using the grill and yards toys (darts, football, basketball, corn hole, and mini golf).

Great place to stay with lots of yard and parking. Great bedrooms and spacious living area. Close to everything but not right in the middle of traffic! Only downside is the 1 bathroom got a little tight with 7 people, but we made it work!

Ryan’s home was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Starkville. The home had plenty of parking, was very clean, and Ryan’s communication was on point. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Beautifully appointed house perfect for our family stay while visiting MSU! Perfect location! It was nice that we had 3 king bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The only thing to note is that the beds were much firmer than expected. My husband said this is the best Airbnb in Starkville we’ve ever stayed in. Bailey is a great host!

We were very pleased with this house. The hosts were quick with a response to any questions we had and truly wanted to make sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Starkville at a later date.

Nicely renovated home in an established neighborhood of Starkville. Only 2 blocks off Hwy 12 and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to the MSU campus and to downtown eating and night life. This is a great spot when you're in town for Bulldog athletics or for graduation.

Zach was very responsive and accommodating. Our ball game was moved up several hours and he was flexible on an early check-in so we could get cleaned up before the game. The home is pristine and very spacious. All new appliances and well maintained. We will definatly re-book when we visit Starkville again.
