Holiday rentals with a pool in Stari Grad

Villa Belpur is a lovely large, modern villa with a spectacular pool area that’s even better than the pictures. Set back from the road near Pitve, the location is beautiful. Communication with owner Tina at Tranquilladria was mostly excellent, including all sorts of very helpful local info, recommendations and bookings. We used the driver, Marko, for nights out in Hvar (book in advance) and Jelsa which worked really well, we also had a hire car which we’d recommend as there’s lots nearby but not easily walkable. We were disappointed to be told only on check-in by the local property manager that the hot tub was inoperative. That said, Tina subsequently offered compensation and even made efforts to arrange some time for us in a local spa which was very much appreciated, and overall we really enjoyed our time at Belpur and would recommend it for larger parties in particular.

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

Frano hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Auf Anfrage für zusätzliche Babybetten und Kinderstühle wurde sofort eingegangen und es hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte vor Ort. Die Gastfreundschaft von Frano und seiner Familie sind hervorragend, wir wurden mit Früchten und Eiern aus ihrem Besitz versorgt und Frano war immer wieder anwesend und hat sich um die Anlage (Pool etc.) gekümmert. Wir wurden von der Fähre abgeholt und am Abreisetag auch wieder mit dem Privatauto zum Hafen geführt. Es steckt sehr viel Herz in der Wohnung aber auch in der Betreuung ihrer Feriengäste. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft, wie auch Ferien bei Frano von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We had the most wonderful stay at villa bella. The photos do not do it justice, it has the most breathtaking views. It’s so well priced seeing as it has the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. The villa was completely spotless, spacious and so homely. We all really enjoyed our stay here. Filip is the most amazing host! I stayed with my grandparents, they arrived before me, Filip picked my grandparents up from the ferry and settled them in. He also went above and beyond, took them food shopping, helped them book taxis and the ferry back. He also met my husband and I at the ferry and helped us to a taxi. He was here early morning every morning to clean the pool. I was always asleep but my nan was normally up and she loved their little chats, she thinks he’s wonderful! He also brought croissants He is honestly so amazing and so kind and really goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a quiet location with beautiful views over the sea. The sunsets were spectacular-beating Santorini’s by a mile! The family were very generous-sharing eggs from the chickens, their own olive oil (we got some to take home was so good!) and a sour cherry liqueur they made. My son was happy to find kittens to play with, and enjoyed the pool. House was well equipped, excellent air con when needed, and pool was refreshing too. Can highly recommend for a bit of getting away from it all!

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

Nothing compares to the accommodations at this home. The hosts and cleaning staff were incredible and the home has to be one of the best options in Hvar.

It’s in a quiet area and private 🥰 Not far away from the village with restaurants and stores. The supermarket is just around the corner. The owners are very friendly and they respond quickly to messages. The pool is very nice and the view is stunning!🤩 Absolutely love this house! 🥰🥰🥰

We had such an amazing holiday here could not recommend this place enough. The flat is clean, tidy and very nice. Masa and her family were extremely helpful and welcoming. The area and town itself is very beautiful and the flat is in a great location. We would definitely return and stay here again.

Nella casa di Carla ci si sente come a casa propria L’appartamento era pulitissimo e con una splendida vista, dotato di ogni comfort La posizione, leggermente decentrata rispetto al centro di Supetar, non è stato un problema dal momento che eravamo in macchina Abbiamo inoltre molto apprezzato il parcheggio privato collegato all’appartamento Pur non avendola incontrata di persona, Carla è stata sempre molto disponibile a rispondere ai nostri messaggi in tempi brevissimi e disponibile ad aiutarci per ogni necessità Un piacevolissimo soggiorno

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Josipa. Die Unterkunft ist nur 4 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Besonders der Balkon mit dem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer hat uns begeistert. Der Pool und die gepflegten Gärten laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war schön, sich willkommen zu fühlen und sie standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit, im Untergeschoss die Wäsche zu waschen, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gemacht hat. Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Besuch und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

very clean and comfortable, with lots of spices, oils etc so I didn't have to remember to buy everything at the store. Very nice terrace with four cushioned large chairs, which is well protected from the sun with 2 umbrellas and very private with a great big view towards the sea. Grocery store nearby that was open until 10 pm every night, so I could grab things easily on my way back from the village. Sutivan is small and uncrowded for it's size, and has great restaurants, beaches and a nature path/road going east by the dog beach. It was easy to get to from the small, easy to navigate and friendly airport in Split, via taxi, ferry (6 euros and very cool), taxi, which gave me a chance to see all the beautiful mountains and sea. Leif was very responsive, and I saved a lot of money going through his taxi contact via text, who picked me up late and carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Air conditioning worked well, but I didn't need it except on very hot days.

Loved Jacquie and Martin’s place. Very clean and generous home. Many trips into town. Great restaurants. Walking down to the beach was fun. There are steps down to the left and a paved (non step) way down on the right to get to town. My husband has a hip issue so the gradual path to the right was much easier both down and up. This is one of our favorite Airbnbs so far.

The flat was just as big and beautiful as in the pictures. The view is amazing, the terrace is huge. It’s within walking distance of several beaches and all the restaurants of Milna. On-site parking was convenient and the pool a big plus after a day at the beach or early in the morning. One of the bedrooms is a little harder to access due to the low ceiling but that’s easily solved by going through the other bedroom which has a normal-sized door and stairs. The two bathrooms with toilet were appreciated, and the AC was super effective! All in all a great stay, thank you Ivona and Suzanna!

This place was awesome, great location and centrally located! We liked the space and how it was laid out. The shower was nice and the room was nice and cool! We liked having the drying rack for drying everything after being on the water. We had some issues with the internet after 9PM but the host was super responsive and reset the router for us which helped some! The poor area was very nice our definitely stay here again!

Great apartment and communication from Tonko. The apartment is lovely and clean with great air con which was a blessing as it was so hot during our stay. The apartment is around a 5 min walk from the centre which is great. There are a few steps to mater but it wasn’t too difficult for us. The pool is great for relaxing and you have good shops and amenities nearby. Thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Owner was really helpful and always available. House had a huge terrace in the middle of a farm. If you look for a quiet and tranquil spot this is for you. Stari grad only 5 min drive. Beautiful beaches in 30 min drive. we would return anytime.

Cíleně jsme pro svou dovolenou hledali místo "stranou od všech a všeho", a to nám toto ubytování bezpodmíněčně splnilo. Krásné místo v naprostém soukromí, klid, úchvatný výhled, několik variant venkovního sezení, čistý bazén, adekvátní a plně dostačující vnitřní vybavení, naprosto plnohodnotné zázemí. Veškeré služby a spousty různých pláží a zátok jsou autem pohodlně dostupné napříč ostrovem. Při příjezdu jsme od majitele dostali tipy nejen na nejlepší pláže, ale také na výlety nebo obchody, což bylo velmi milé. Máme pouze jedinou věc, kterou bychom příště uvítali - kdyby alespon jedno z venkovních sezení bylo kryté před deštěm. Všechna sezení mají střechu z rákosu a protože během našeho pobytu poměrně hodně pršelo, znamenalo to bohužel, že jsme během deště nemohli být venku, ale jen vevnitř. A protože jsme v dešti vykládali i nakládali věci do auta, nejvíc by se to zastřešení hodilo asi u vchodu do domu. Ale to je jen náš tip :) I tak bylo toto ubytování fantastické!

Mein Freund und ich wollten einfach nur Ruhe und Entspannung und das konnten wir in dem Haus auf jeden Fall haben. Es liegt im schönen Grünen und mit dem Pool hat man alles, was man braucht ganz privat. Wir haben viel gekocht und auch wenn die Küche nicht riesig ist, hatten wir alles notwendige. Gewürze haben wir einfach selber gekauft. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und ohne Probleme. Wir waren hauptsächlich am Haus, können über die Gegend also nicht so viel sagen, aber ein Strand und Restaurant, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden und gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Outside area great - amazing pool and shaded seating area. Location good as could walk to Bol with resteraunts and could walk to zlatini rat beach, although no pavement for first 200m. A few things to note: 1) Air conditioning only in the kitchen so bedrooms got hot. 2) The single room is a separate unit with its own front door although next to the main apartment and still on the private property.
