Beachfront holiday rentals in Stari Grad

Un des meilleurs logements que nous ayons fait ! Tout était vraiment parfait, l'emplacement à 10min du centre, pas très loin de plusieurs belles criques. Et alors le lieu ! Un vrai paradis, l'appartement était encore mieux qu'en photos (je crois qu'il a été repeint), la piscine et l'accès mer littéralement devant la porte : incroyable ! L'accès aux paddles, bouées, masques est réellement un plus ! Mais le meilleur pour la fin, l'accueil de Lovorka, Filip et leur team qui se sont rendus disponibles, réactifs et chaleureux toute la semaine avec de nombreuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons c'est certain ! Encore merci et à bientôt.

Loved staying here and the location is perfect, with beaches, restaurants and shops 2 mins from the apartment. Really easy to find/get to from the Ferry Port even with big bags and the property was very well equipped. Durdica and her husband were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you!

Très jolie petite maison, dans un coin très calme. En pleine nature, à quelques dizaines de mètre de la plage qui pendant notre séjour n’a était visité que par nous. Super accueil que nous a réservé Mario, sa petite maison est très bien équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Heureux d’avoir découvert l’île de Brac avec ce logement comme endroit où dormir et passé du bon temps.

The perfect stay! Beautiful location with access for a dip in the sea less than a minute walk away. The infamous Pokonji beach around a 10 minute walk too. And only a 20 minute walk along the promenade into the port, we rented a scooter so we could travel the island more and get into down quicker. The apartment was the perfect size for two and had everything we needed from; beach towels, to cooking equipment, coffee & tea. The upstairs deck was beautiful to sunbathe on. Darjie looked after us for our stay, he greated us when we arrived and gave us some information on the local area and was always around when ever we needed anything and was very kind. He also allowed us to have an early check in and a late check out! I would highly recommend this place to any couples, much nicer than being right in the port.

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodation is in a perfect location—close to plenty of great restaurants, bars, and local spots. Although we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, Vlad was incredibly accommodating and kindly let us in early. We were welcomed with a beautifully prepared home and thoughtful extras like fresh fruit, cheese, ham, beers, wine, and water in the fridge. The house itself is comfortable, with cozy beds and a great space to relax after a long day of work. It really felt like a home away from home. Vlad was an exceptional host—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely hospitable. He went above and beyond by sending us recommendations for amazing places to eat and even helped us secure a reservation at one of the island's top restaurants. On our last day, he graciously allowed us to store our heavy luggage in his basement after checkout, which was a huge help since we had a late flight. I can't speak highly enough of both the place and Vlad’s hospitality

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Short walk into Hvar town. Fantastic private access to the water and a great view from the balcony. Couldn’t think of a better place to stay. Nira was a lovely host too, very friendly and responsive. Would recommend this to anyone.

Villa Vito is in a beautiful setting with views over a secluded bay, and surrounded by olive groves. The outside space is thoughtfully designed to create a really peaceful and lovely area. We were there in the penultimate week of May and were very unlucky with the weather. Rain, high winds and chilly nights, although we did have some intermittent sunshine. We used the pool and swam in the sea. Overall we felt that the villa will work really well in better weather, when the outside space will really come into its own and evenings can be spent around the table by the pool, and making use of the outside sofa area. Inside, the downstairs space is rather limited, especially when confined by the weather as it is just an open plan kitchen with a sofa area at one end. It was fine for two but we felt it might be a bit 'tight' for a group of six. Ambroz was a very responsive and helpful host, especially when we had trouble with the door and the hot water, quickly sorting things out for us.

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

Super Unterkunft! Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt, alles war sehr sauber und es gab alles was man braucht von Geschirr zu Waschmaschine. Es gibt viel zu unternehmen in der Unterkunft, beispielsweise einen Pool zum relaxen, einer Tischtennis Platte und Sauna, am besten hat uns jedoch der Whirlpool gefallen. Check- in hat super funktioniert, Toni hat uns alles gezeigt und war sehr nett. Einen privat weg zum Strand gibt es auch!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

The Magical island villa was truly that - magical! Peaceful and private and easy to get to the nearest towns, especially with the bikes Grgo kindly left us. The pool was heated perfectly and the terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Everything about the house was great. However all local restaurants and bars that were walkable were shut until next year which we didn't expect. Also although their websites say the are open many supermarkets were shut on the Sunday - had we known in advance we would have bought more on the Saturday. These things aside - the house was lovely, clean and everything we wanted.

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

What a fantastic apartment. It's extremely well equipped, with every little detail thought of. The balcony is a wonderfully peaceful place to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the inlet and the pine-clad hills. Our kids loved the pool, and also the pool table, even though they've never played before! The location is about as good as you could hope for - it's about a 10 minute walk in one direction to the centre of Vrboska and a nice selection of restaurants and shops, and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to a lovely shaded beach with an Aqua Park, a couple of kiosks and a cafe. And if you just want to get into the sea, about 50 metres from the apartment there is a very pleasant little cove to swim in. Thank you very much to our hosts Predrag and Dajana, who were always very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful holiday and are already planning our return.

Vi var en familie på 10 personer som hadde et flott opphold i huset. Alt stod til forventningene og verten var virkelig påskrudd og imøtekommende. I midten av mai var det svært lite folk og aktiviteter i området, og alt av kiosker og barer langs stranden var stengt (bortsett fra shooko og naboen). Det var litt vel langt å gå til butikken for å handle varer og litt i overkant langt å gå til Omis. Vil tro det er mer aktivitet og muligheter i høysesongen:) Ellers er flott hus vi koste oss veldig i.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Es war einfach nur schön! Das Apartment, die Aussicht, die Küste, der Garten - einfach alles! Dank Nebensaison waren wir fast alleine und haben die Zweisamkeit genossen. Ivan war super höflich und hilfsbereit! Das Sahnehäubchen war für uns der super süße schielende Kater, der auf einmal auftauchte. Nicht nur seinetwegen werden wir sicherlich nochmal wiederkommen!

Ante is a fantastic host! The pictures do not do the place justice. The view is gorgeous, the walk to town is peaceful with great scenery. We were only there for 3 nights, and ate an Ante’s recommended spots for two of them and they were delicious. Highly recommend staying here for your Hvar visit.

We loved staying in this apartment. Easy access to town, walkable distance to supermarket, other beaches and the highlight: swimming spot at your feet. What an incredible location. We loved the place and would love to come back to Hvar. Also, thanks to Branka, the owner, for a friendly and warm welcome.

What a beautiful place to stay. Perfect for people who want to be close to the water and be in a quiet area. Walkable distance to town and great restaurants. Just make sure you can do steps. Such a nice host. Always interacting and helpful giving all kinds of recommendations. She is always one phone call away if she is not on premises. Very easygoing, amazing host. We spent a week at this beautiful lower level condo. Had a great view and walkable to town of Hvar and the beach. We did have a car so we did explore other beaches throughout the Island. We loved the fast food restaurant right next door and the shaded parking.

This apartment is perfectly situated in Hvar old town! The hosts have strong local connections that they shared with us and the best bar in town was just outside our door! And we didn’t even hear the bar downstairs when we went to bed. Comfortable, clean, safe - great space!

This is a beautiful place! It’s close to the ferry, very clear instructions on how to get there, and the bathroom is huge. Other highlights include water provided which is a nice touch, drying rack for clothes, great AC, good water pressure, and they even helped us make a reservation. We are sound machine people and without it I think it would have been loud, but that’s because you’re in a bumping area of town! Hvar is quite beautiful. We had a great stay
