Possibility to try and buy local fish from local fishermen near by. Due to Corona pandemic we are cleaning and disinfecting with Kärcher steamer for your safety and also with antibacterial soaps. A Mediterranean style apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and a garden only a couple of meters from the sea. There is a private deck in front of the house. A charming kitchen is well equipped for a relaxing stay. The aparartment has two double bed bedrooms so it can offer an accomodation for 4 people. Our guests can use a SUP to fall in love with stunning Šimuni. A beautiful beach with bars and lots of shade from pine trees is 1 min walk and a local shop is 3 min walk

Seafront apartment "Anny" in the center

Our apartment is settled in a great location, on a seafront, only 50 meters from the beach. Town center is a minute walk. This is a one bedroom apartment with living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and big terrace. Interior space has a total of 44 square meters, with 20 square meters of terrace. In the bedroom, we have a double bed of 180 cm width and a single bed. There's a sofa bed in the living room where two can sleep, if necessary. Equipped with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv.

Apartment for four persons has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen and sea view balcony. Apartment is in our family house, only 15 minutes light walk to the town center. Famous Zrce beach is 15 minutes away by car (22km) and Zadar is 45 minutes (50km) away by car. Price includes private parking, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels, unlimited WiFi, SAT/TV, cleaning fee and local tourist tax.

The apartment is just in front of the sea. It is at the first floor with a big terrace of 70 m² with a nice view on the sea. 10 minutes away from the city center on foot and in the middle of every commodities (supermarket, restaurants, marina...). The apartment is equipped with fibre optics. Teleworking is possible.
