Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

Residence Jakov has apartments literally situated on the beach. They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)

Our stay in the villa was completely successful. The accommodation is excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired – especially the large, beautiful pool was a real highlight for us. The villa is tastefully decorated and very well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the first moment. A big praise also goes to the hosts: They were extremely friendly, always available. The location of the accommodation is ideal - a fantastic beach is just a few minutes' walk away. We would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the place!

Very quick to respond and always available to answer questions. They also provided us with the umbrella. He was also able to provide us with directions to the rentals. House in a relatively convenient location with a beach less than a 10-minute walk away, while the center of Novaglia is a 30-minute walk away. I'd love to come back

We had a wonderful time in the villa of Andela! The accommodation was not only modern and stylishly furnished, but also immaculately clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We were particularly impressed by the breathtaking view of the sea and the spacious pool area - perfect for relaxing. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. The location of the villa was also ideal: quiet and private, but still close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. This villa is really a little paradise – we'd love to come back!

Studio Apartment EVLONI - your place for vacation

The apartment was perfect for us. We also had to work a little, which was very pleasant on the wonderful terrace, surrounded by an olive grove. It is a 4-minute walk to the sea, the water is wonderful and in the low season it was pleasantly empty. The nature here is incredibly beautiful with the many olive trees. So, if you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in the right place. The apartment is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing - refrigerator with cool water and beer to welcome you. When we treated ourselves to a nice dinner in Lun, we were surprised by the Pager men's choir, who had sung beautifully all evening at the neighboring table. We couldn't have found a better place. Thank you very much dear Vesna!
