Holiday rentals with a patio in Stamford

A friend and I booked this place as a short get away for 1 night, taking 1 dog along with us. Whilst we did have to carry the dog up the metal staircase to gain access, we were forewarned and knew this not to be an issue for the dog we took along. We were clearly notified of the rules for no dogs on the furniture, again not a problem for this particular dog (we wouldn't have taken the other male dog here as it wouldn't have been suitable for him and the wishes of the owner). We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful location and was kindly directed where we could walk the dog by the owner, which included field edges and public footpaths with lovely views. The rooftop terrace was a perfect place to relax for the evening enjoying the warm weather. We found everything we needed and the stay was just what we needed, very peaceful. There are surrounding neighbours but the location still felt private and all communication was easy and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

I had a great stay at Richard's in the annex in his garden. It was spacious, clean, light and very well-equipped and furnished. It was private and had parking on his drive and I could even do some washing when needed. The location was perfect - walkable to town in around 15-20 minutes and with countryside walks right on your doorstep. Farndon Fields Farm Shop and cafe/restaurant is really good and only a 2-minute walk away. Also, a convenience store/Post Office, fish and chip shop and launderette were only a 5-minute walk away. Richard was very helpful and approachable if need be.

Couldn't fault anything! Spotlessly clean, everything as described, nice quiet area. Tesco and huge Sainsbury's both within walking distance. I will definitely be staying again next time I'm in the area!

Perfect 2 bed flat just outside Nottingham. It is lovely and clean and really well decorated. Great kitchen and brilliant outside space too. Asta was really responsive and super helpful! All in all, a brilliant stay!

Steve is a fantastic host. The building was safe and secure. The apartment is a warm and inviting clean space with lots of extras I didn’t expect; such as extra towels, shampoo and shower gel and a fantastically well equipped kitchen, you won’t be disappointed with this place! It even has a balcony! Steve was very friendly and helpful with lots of information and ideas for our visit, nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use again

The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to the pretty town centre. The ground floor apartment was charming and nicely furnished with really comfortable beds. The addition of the enclosed courtyard/garden was great for our dog. The off street parking was a bonus and there was a Waitrose nearby for any essentials. We walked our pooch on the open ground next to the River Welland, via Waterfurlong, and headed towards the town. He loved exploring down there.

perfect location for a little exploring in the city, everything was so close and yet still a very nice comfortable and quiet place to stay :)

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Holt! Melanie was very welcoming and friendly, and she and her daughter were very quick to respond to a couple of queries about rubbish bags and the coffee machine. The house itself was lovely, well equipped and clean, with ample parking, wonderful views of the river and their animals in the field beyond. It's a great base from which to explore the wider area. We really enjoyed our visits to Rutland Water and Burghley House, and also really looked forward to coming back to The Holt afterwards, as the area is so peaceful and it was nice to wind down there. We did visit when the weather was rather hot and it was a bit challenging to keep cool at times, especially the upper bedrooms, even with the Juliette balcony doors open. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and we would recommend it!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Marylise’s place. The home was spotless, exactly as described, and located in a wonderfully peaceful and private area—while still being easily accessible to the city. Marylise was incredibly accommodating, kindly allowing us a late check-out due to remote work commitments, which we really appreciated. This was genuinely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Cherry lodge is beautiful I booked as a getaway for my husbands birthday as a surprise and it was beautiful. Hannah decorated the lodge with Jamaican coloured balloons and flags. We got confused with the hot tub and Hannah was available to help and sent her husband nick round to help once they were home. Everything was perfect from start to finish we will definitely be back. Adie made us feel very welcome, and made sure we had everything we needed. He left us bread, milk,cereals,teabags,coffee and even a bottle of wine, etc. We were just a little surprised that we had to be out by 10am, we could have done with a little longer. It was great that the dogs came and visited as we were missing ours. Thank you Adie for a wonderful place to lay our heads and get ready for our granddaughters wedding.

I had a lovely stay at this condo. The space is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully designed, with a peaceful balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The location was great for me as I was working at the theatre around the corner, and everything felt welcoming and comfortable throughout. I accidentally checked out late due to mixing up my dates, and the host was very kind and understanding about it, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again!

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

We stayed for one night at Stephen's on our way between university open day visits. Its a very beautiful location, absolutely stunning property and a very gorgeous black Labradog that kept us entertained! Extremely comfortable sofa & beds and decadently huge TV! All the facilities we could want and Stephen was so helpful. Better than home. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here as a group of 4 for 2 nights as we had a friends wedding at Rushton Hall which was only a 15 minute Uber away. It was absolutely perfect, the place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend it!!

Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.
