We had a great time staying at this cozy and comfortable home. The house has everything you possibly need and is perfect for families. The owner was very polite and friendly, and he answered all our questions right away. The location is perfect—close to stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. We were especially touched, after a long trip, to find plenty of water, a variety of snacks, and lots of cleaning products waiting for us upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful example of Southern hospitality. Big thanks to the owner for making our stay so nice!

My stay was amazing I came in town for my birthday with family and we felt right at home. The place looked just like the pictures and was so clean and put together. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would stay here again!!

The place was beautiful and peaceful. Lots of space to hang out, I loved the set up. Host was very helpful and friendly. Host was also extremely generous and provided a little treat for our trip as it was our honeymoon the host made it a point to make the stay great. The host was also great with communication and gave us extra information and kept us up to date with timeline on check in. Host checked in to make sure we were having a great stay as well as being sure we knew we could reach out and let them know of anything that could be done to improve the quality of our stay. Overall very happy with our stay.

Lovely home to stay for a week in a quiet neighborhood. Olga was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the beautiful kitchen with all the needed kitchenware; the pool and back patio were perfect for hot, Houston summer; and the home was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We'd totally stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of beds to fit our group comfortably! We loved the pool and enclosed backyard. Loved the landscaping. My kids loved the pool table. The layout of the house was great! The host was very easy to get ahold of and communicated with us quickly. When we arrived there was an odd smell in the home, which we communicated right away. The host responded with understanding and had it addressed as soon as she could. The house was a perfect fit for our large group with a wide range of children (4-17).

One of our favorite parts was the patio, which overlooks the pool and made for a perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location was also a huge plus—there’s a good taco joint right in the building! Walking distance to NRG. Super convenient and delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located stay. Would definitely come back.

Had a wonderful stay at Jeff's place! Host's have gone the extra mile to make things super comfortable & convenient. Communication was great & they are extremely thoughtful in every way. Had everything I needed & then some - extra towels, laundry detergent, coffee creamer, a luggage rack, etc. Very clean & well stocked. Bed was comfortable. I felt safe in the neighborhood. I was able to park in front of their house with no issues. This is close to Texas Medical Center & MD Anderson - an easy, quick drive from the house. This host does an excellent job. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

This is a great place to stay. I was there over a week for a seminar and I really enjoyed coming back each evening to the quiet neighborhood with lots of big trees, including the promised Magnolias. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed is comfortable, and there is lots of light.

Estate Heights was an excellent host from beginning to end. The home had all the essentials, great internet, great garbage service, excellent communication and was very clean. Glad I chose them will use them again when I visit Houston in the future. 5/5 stars

We stayed for 3 nights at Tien’s place for a rather stressful 2 days of pre-op procedures and appts. at MD Anderson. We couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day. The apartment was clean, bright, peaceful , in a beautiful building with great amenities. Within walking distance to MD Anderson with grocery store not far away… The parking garage is a little tricky, but secure … and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions. It may be an issue for anyone with knee or hip issues. The shower is a tub/ shower combo. Nice deep tub great for soaking but the sides are high so you need to step up and over. Would definitely stay again…Also VERY comfortable king size bed!

Very clean. Easy to find and easy to get inside. You’re about 10 minutes away from everything overall a good place to stay with driving.

The place was beautiful. Everyone within the neighborhood was nice and welcoming! Very friendly interactions with everyone and a very peaceful place! Loved every second of it, especially the pools. I stay in Houston for 2.5 weeks every June.... And, this is my SECOND time staying at Brent's. That right there, says it all. I have stayed at five or more AirBNBs within a block of Brent's, and NO COMPARISON. None! And, a walk-in huge shower. Kitchen and bath are recently updated with brand new cabinets and granite countertops. Brent's place feels fresh, and updated. I am already getting ready to book his place when I'm back for my clients Christmas Party. Did it cost more, yes, and worth it! His cleaning crew has, eyeballs. Sounds funny, but what should be clean, is freaking clean. Like air return vents in the bathroom, the part of the fridge shelves that are between the glass shelf and the plastic drawer that is mounted to the bottom of it. Yes. those come off and clip back in, so they can be cleaned. Don't ask why I say these things, but I say them from experience. So, to sum up, book with Bent. Trust me.
