We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. Incredibly nice home, with beautiful details. It's shown that this home belongs to a family with a sense of aesthetics. Well decorated with everything one might desire. Comfortable heated pool, with beautiful outdoor area. Cozy and accommodating host. Large rich center nearby. The only thing we missed was the possibility of cooling off bedrooms. Highly recommended.

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

A beautiful house which worked perfectly for our family of 7. Freshly renovated to a high standard. Kids loved the pool and it was great to have the ability to have a boat docked at the house. Amazing view. All in all a great experience.

Quiet location, incredibly cozily furnished/partly nostalgic. In a few minutes by bus (and then by ferry to Oslo) and at the grocery store or down on the coast. Rushing stream on the premises.

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Hanne’s house. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The house is set up well for a large family and was very clean. The bedrooms are either up or down a flight of stairs. The house is in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood with a big backyard. The train station and bus stops that take you into Olso are a quick 15 minute walk from the house. The train from the airport comes directly to the station near their house. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals and we enjoyed grilling and eating outside on the patio overlooking the apple trees.

We loved Kjetil / Christine's place! The home design was beautiful, the view of Oslofjord was fantastic, and it was very well stocked. The bus stop was also just steps away to catch the local bus to get to the train to the airport and other locations. I'd definitely recommend their place for a relaxing visit to Oslo in beautiful surroundings.

This is a somewhat unusual space in that you get an entire cottage all to yourself in the middle of a neighbourhood otherwise dominated by larger villas. The place itself is very cute and is perfect for downtime. For the price and the location, this is also really spacious and blessedly characterful - think genuine cosy cottage core rather than drab Scandi minimalism. On the whole, everything you need for a few days' stay and a handy grocery store a few minutes down the road, next to the tram station.

Everything as expected. Very good and convenient accommodation with short distance to tram and beach. Great value for money.

Wonderful generous hosts, quick to respond to questions. Kaja's place is a hidden gem, true to description and photos! Their peaceful and pristine home has an outstanding and mesmerising view of Oslo city and Oslofyord in the distance! There's an easy hiking trail, supermarkets and fast electric car charging point (~2.5km) not far away. Rather than driving into Oslo city centre, Asker train station is 8km away, one can park one's car there and head into Oslo city for sightseeing with an Oslo Pass which includes public transport in addition to most museum entrance fees. My family had a wonderful stay and can recommend Kaja's place without hesitation.

From July 23 to 29, 2024, we stayed at Anja's house, a beautiful house surrounded by greenery equipped with everything a family may need. The metro, just a 5-minute walk away, takes you to the center of Oslo in just 30 minutes. Anja was a great host and put us at ease in everything. Thank you for your hospitality, I hope to be back soon.

I booked this house for my 2 daughters and 2 grandchildren to have a long weekend together. The house is immaculate, very stylish and fully equipped with everything that could be needed. It is in a lovely suburban area and very very child friendly. We had lots of transport options available to us a short walk away. We could not have asked for anything better. Ole was very helpful and fast with any query. A delightful stay.

We loved staying at Inke’s cabin, so peaceful and very well equipped. It was great to chill out in and explore the area around the cabin but also easy to take the bus and ferry back in to Oslo to the galleries and museums. We travelled on public transport and found it easy to get to, with a pizza place in walking distance and a large supermarket one bus stop away. Inke and Ralph were incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly communicative and easy to reach throughout our trip. The house itself is designer beautiful, impeccably clean, and very well-equipped. The welcome pack was comprehensive and check-in was made a breeze with the electronic lock. The hot tub was always warm, making it perfect for relaxation. This property is ideal for families, but would also be a fantastic choice for adult travellers. Its location is excellent, with easy access to central Oslo and multiple supermarkets within a short driving distance. We highly recommend this property for a delightful stay! When can we come back?
