Family-friendly holiday rentals in St. Pete Beach

This was our 2nd stay and it was just as pleasant as the first time! The extremely short walk right across the street to the beach, quiet neighborhood, less crowded section of the beach, along with the close proximity to restaurants makes it the perfect little getaway! It's probably the most well stocked home with everything you can think of needing (including both a hot pot and tea pot for your tea, beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, boogie boards ECT) It's a clean, comfortable place that makes us feel right at home. We also love the option of the hot tub to relax in for the evening. The hosts are very kind/helpful. It's the perfect little beach getaway. Thank you again! This place has a special place in our hearts. Happy memories made!

Great value!! We loved the pool area and very quiet neighborhood!

This home was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. Charlie was responsive and provide incredible recommendations anytime we asked. The yard was private and secure and the neighborhood was quiet. The home has everything we needed! We didn't have to travel more than 30 minutes to beaches, delicious restaurants and ice cream. I would absolutely stay here again!

This house is the perfect old school Florida beach house! Daniel sent an email with all the information. Details all were accurate that I did not need to ask any questions. He also followed up to make sure check in was ok. Photos are accurate. So much space. Multiple areas to entertain inside and outside to settle into. Large dining room table and smaller kitchen table. Has all the supplies needed. Used the grill for burgers and brats. Even paid extra for the hot tub. Cool air conditioning and numerous fans. Close to walkable restaurants and beach. Love, love, love this house and we hope to stay at again one day! (Side note: It is the whole second floor and access was by stairs only. Not a problem for us. Kitchen does not have a dishwasher and again not a problem for us.) Thanks again!

Overall our stay was great! Jeff was very responsive, and left us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants. The house was very clean and the pictures accurately reflected how to house looked. The only downsides were the large bugs that somehow got in the home. There were 3 occasions this happend but they seemed harmless. The net around the pool had a tear in it allowing spiders and lizards inside of the pool area but they stayed around the outside of the pool so we could avoid them.

This is the second time we've been able to book this home and if it's available I will book it again when we return. There is a park and walking trails across the street. The trails go along the Hillsborough River where you can see all the fun Florida birds. The accommodations are fantastic. It is clear the hosts care about details, including fluffy towels and sample shampoos and conditioners in the bathroom. I also appreciate the water pressure and quickness of the hot water tank to heat the water in the shower. This kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. There are beach towels to use for the pool, as well comfortable deck chairs and floats. The hosts were very responsive, and asked if they could come over to clean the pool after an unusually heavy rain. Our family would love to stay there again when we visit Tampa.

I loved the apartment very well equipped for everything you need to cook. The apartment has an amazing view, location is great, close to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. I loved it!

This is our second time staying at this house, but our first time in the second floor unit and it was even better than our first stay. Extremely close to the beach and John’s Pass. The actual condo was super clean, comfortable, and accessible. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back again soon.

Anne Marie’s place was amazing! We were in unit #4. It was an end unit with lots of windows with perfect roll up shades. There’s no way to describe how close you are to the beach. The parking is right at the door and we loved that since my husband is disabled. Supplies were plentiful. There were beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Highly recommend the Beach Chill Inn for a quiet and peaceful stay on Madeira Beach! You will be pleased with this location. Close to John’s Pass and less than 30 minute drive to Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.

Mathew's place was exactly what I needed. Calm, quiet and very peaceful. I didn't hear the neighbors the whole time I was there. The beach was literally right out the window. So getting down there was very easy. Having a beach chair, cooler and bag in the condo was very convenient. The condo was very clean and homey. I liked being able to cook for myself and never having to leave the complex. I will definitely stay here again!!

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Absolutely perfect Airbnb in every way! The location could not be better. We laughed because we had dinner reservations at Pia’s Italian restaurant and realized it was right across the street. Talk about convenience! This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Uncle Finley left us a thoughtful welcome package with a bottle of wine, beer, water, orange juice, and more. It’s clear he’s put real care into every detail to make the stay extra comfortable. Phone chargers were exactly where you needed them (no hunting for outlets), there were doggie bowls and doggie bags for our pup, Uncle Finley was super responsive to questions and genuinely committed to taking care of both his guests and this beautiful home. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate just book it! Tip: In addition to Pia’s homemade pasta with pesto sauce, I’d also highly recommend the restaurant Pearl by Chef Karim for an unforgettable meal! The Pearl is a testament to culinary excellence.

Great stay at Alex's place. It was exactly as described. Walkable, safe area. I initially was concerned about the street parking, but Alex explained it completely and it was never a problem. I would definitely stay again.

As a solo 74 year old gal with an English cocker, safety is most important. I was very comfortable and felt safe. there. Just a lovely place and nice people

It's beautiful and clean condo. Good location and very nice water park, my condo was have 2 view to the sea and the park.

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

Excellent beach place! Very spacious and quiet and clean! Easy access to the beach and the pool was an added bonus! Host has everything you would need for a great beach getaway!! Fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and beach toys. Even equipped with beach towels. Great location for a little quiet but close to many restaurants and bars. While a staycation for us since my own beach home was destroyed by Hurricane Helene, this was a perfect place to feel right at home.

We stayed at this wonderful home for my daughter’s graduation from Eckerd College, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the Eckerd College, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and such a relaxing space for our family to enjoy some downtime. Nan, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel so welcome, and by the end of our stay, I truly felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Eckerd or looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in the St. Pete area!

Lina's place was wonderfully decorated and we felt very at home. The beach was only 2 blocks away and the host provided umbrellas, chairs, cooler and wagon, making our beach day a breeze. There's also pickleball and park nearby. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

We loved our stay! The hosts were great at communicating with us. Very clear instructions. Place was just like the photos. Very enjoyable stay!

Due to the hurricanes there was still some work going on at the Condo and on the beach. We completely understood and knew this might be the case coming in. Our goal was to relax and unwind and that is what we did! We loved the location - the ocean view from the deck and the short walk to the beach. The bed was relatively comfortable - not too hard. There were plenty of things in the kitchen to make using it easy. We walked and hung out on the beach a lot which was our plan. The pool is small but was nice. There are restaurants and stores within relatively close driving distance. When we had a question everyone was quick to get back to us. Overall a truly wonderful experience!

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here! The view, location, and amount of space is fantastic for our family of 6. Also appreciate the fast responses to any questions. As a bonus, the Candy Kitchen across the street was a favorite visit spot for the kids. Thanks again for a great stay!
