Villa holiday rentals in St. Julian's

I cannot recommend the villa highly enough. Kathleen was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From arriving at the villa, we felt at home. We arrived at around 10.45 at night and there was milk, bread, butter, ham, tea, and coffee left for us. Polly and Raymond (Kathleen’s parents) who live on the first floor were so kind and considerate. They provided beach towels, clean sheets etc. during our stay. However, we had our own entrance/exit and essentially this meant that our living area was totally private. For those who might be renting a villa to avoid crowds/people etc., I can assure you that the pool area was for our own use only and was absolutely beautiful for a quiet relaxing break. The best seal of approval that can be given to a product/property is repeat business. I can say hand on heart that the next time I return to Malta, this is the first place I will check to stay. We had a great time at David his place. Upon arrival we could check in early, which was very convenient after our early morning flight. David was very welcoming and gave us advice about the surroundings and what to do in Malta and around the house. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool immediately and we relaxed at the nice loungebeds. The view is wonderful, nice sunset view looking towards Gozo! The apartment has all the basics that are needed for a pleasant stay. We slept very comfortable in the beds, the kitchen is very complete and towels for as well showering as for use at the pool / beach were provided. The location is very central, from here it’s easy to travel all around the island and the other islands. It’s also near the nicest beaches of Malta. David is very responsive and assertive, great service! If you are looking for a nice, simple but complete accomodation with a pool and nice views and a friendly host, I can definately recommend this place.

Excellent house for our family of 6. All necessary amenities are available. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Kelly and her family are extremely kind responsive. If you don’t have a car, note that nearest supermarket is around 1 km away and downtown are with all restaurants etc approximately 1,5 km away.

Good villa for group stays, great location near the paceville (for clubbing), great common area and outdoor pools.

Charlene organised everything great and answers your questions quickly. We loved the garden and our kids loved feeding the turtle Paddy. The neighborhood is quiet and the supermarket and some restaurants are on walking distance. Malta is a beautiful island and Mellieha. We had a lovely holliday.

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour chez Emanuel et Carmen qui ont été attentifs à nos demandes et nous ont gratifié d'une bonne bouteille le jour de Noël. Emanuel nous a bien informé pour les excursions à effectuer proches de la villa : beaucoup de découvertes culturelles à moins d'1/2 heure (La Valette, Mdina, Rabat,..) , de jolis villages à visiter, des animations pour les enfants, de bons restaurants alentours, ....tout cela en utilisant des moyens de transport pour 7 peu onéreux ( Bolt, Uber) suivant les conseils d'Emanuel. La villa était idéale pour 7 conformément au descriptif vu sur le site. Pour conclure, un séjour que nous avons particulièrement apprécié à Malte. L'accueil, à la fois d'Emanuel et Carmen et des habitants de l'île a été particulièrement chaleureux. Nous recommandons South Olive.

Great stay at this maltese home. The villa comes exactly as described and nothing was missed. Especially the roof is perfect for a relaxing nightcap or the first coffee in the morning. Expect to make a lot of hard decisions about where to have lunch or dinner during your stay since there are a lot of great restaurants, bars & cafés in the neighborhood to choose from. But the best part of the stay has definitely been the amazing hosts Warren and Mariella. They proactively offered their help at any time and always made sure that we didn’t miss anything. If you need a transfer from or to the airport - don‘t worry, Mariella will take care of it and book everything for you. Thank you so much! We will definitely try and return to Villa Joseph one day.

We had the BEST time we could have hoped for. The villa is stunning and the rooms and outdoor areas are all very spacious! We were on a multi-generational family holiday and the size and layout meant that each family could have their own space while simultaneously having multiple communal areas to spend time all together. The pool and games room were used every single day! The villa is so well equipped for cooking, and BBQing, which we did multiple times throughout our stay. There were also towels for both shower and pool, ample laundry, dishwasher wipes products, etc. which was a welcome surprise, and the whole place was spotless Eddie and Marina are exceptional hosts, they were so communicative and helpful from booking through to departing. Responses were practically instant on the few occasions we had questions, and they popped by quietly to maintain the pool during our stay. We have nothing but praise for Eddie and Marina, and we’d love to come back and stay again in the future.

Great place. Lots of room and very nice Villa overall. Lino was great houst. Helped as with everything and even took us to supermarket with his own car. Everything was just like promised and we did have great week at the Villa Buddha.

The villa was everything we hoped for with unbelievable views and great facilities in the villa which were so much fun especially for our large group. The bedrooms were so clean and spacious and the villa had more than enough room for everyone. The villa is in a lovely location only a short taxi ride from Valletta and Marsaskala which is a lovely town. Chris was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great instructions. Look forward to coming back!!

Stayed here from a Friday to a Monday in February. Everything was perfect. Jane was really helpful both before our visit and during and organised our transfer. She even let us stay there for an extra 3 hours after checkout time which was very convenient.

Wow what a place! This magnificent villa was very well equipped, had fantastic facilities and very responsive hosts. The pool, hot tub, table football, pool table and gym were all very much appreciated by all of us. Plenty of room to spread out and the very minor issues we had were sorted promptly within half an hour of us messaging. Highly recommend this villa to anyone travelling with a big group.

Fantastic stay at Veronica’s air bnb, Veronica accommodated us staying very last minute and we were very glad we stayed in this air bnb. Fantastic space, all the amenities you could possibly need and amazing outdoor space with the pool, sunbeds and terraced area with an outdoor table. Hard to leave this brilliant air bnb but when we did there were some great local restaurants within a 30 minute walk and a very secluded beach about 25 minute walk away, Selum Bay. Well worth the hike down to it. Overall a fabulous stay and would highly recommend for couples, families or friends to stay

This place is amazing, well beyond our expectations space wise! Balzan is very peaceful and quiet (which we loved!) and an ideal place to unwind and relax! Lots of different social areas, amazing pool and garden, not done justice by the photos! Great to have a garage to park in too! There is a great restaurant near by (Fra Guiseppe) and a huge supermarket 5 mins by car! If we’d have known we wouldn’t have rented a car as Bolt is so quick, easy and cheap! But I have to say this property surpassed all of our expectations! Thank you to Matthew and your team, would highly recommend 👍

The villa met our expectations. A 20 minute walk to the centre/ shops which was great for us as we enjoy walking. The furnishings and linen were of high quality making it a very comfortable stay. One issue which we reported upon arrival was addressed straight away, we were impressed with management's responsiveness. The pool area was well kept and had good quality sunbeds, canopies and table/chairs. A great area in which to relax. There are large villas on both sides where groups tend to stay so it can be noisy at times late into the night.

L accueil chaleureux, le cadre idyllique. J’ai rarement vu des personnes aussi investi. Josette et son compagnon nous ont très bien accueilli. Mon compagnon a pu séjourner ( ce qui n était pas prévu). Nous avons eu droit à de grandes surprises ( gâteau fait maison, dépôt à l aéroport super tôt….) nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre sublime et très propre. C’est grâce à des personnes aussi bien que l envie de continuer sur airbnb se présente ! Ne passer pas par malte sans passer chez eux, vous allez rater quelques choses ! Encore mille fois merci pour tout !

J'ai séjourné une semaine chez Liz et il n'y a rien à dire de négatif ! La chambre était spacieuse et tellement confortable avec tout les rangements nécessaire pour se sentir comme à la maison. Le logement était calme malgré qu'il y est d'autres personnes. Les parties communes comme la chambre ont toujours étaient propre. La terrasse ainsi que la piscine est tellement jolie et agréable ! Le logement est à côté d'un arrêt de bus, près d'un supermarché à proximité de tout. Génial ! Et Liz est très réactive et gentille ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Wir haben die uns mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber wären super aufmerksam und in der näheren Umgebung haben wir alles gefunden was man benötigt. Zu Fuß ist es ein etwas steiler und verhältnismäßig weiter weg zu Bars oder Restaurants, da wir aber ein Leihauto hatten war das für uns kein Problem, eher im Gegenteil. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr angenehm und ruhig und man hatte ein sicheres Gefühl. Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub für die ganze Familie.

Gorgeous beautiful villa, very quiet with lovely views. We were 3 families in a group of 11 , stayed for 4 nights. The terrace , Living room and kitchen on the 1st floor are stunning, very quiet area, lovely views and the host Victoria was always a message away. She was very responsive and we felt we were in good hands. The indoor small heated pool /jacuzzi on the ground floor was an added bonus. The adults and kids spent every evening there to unwind after a long day. Amenities were plentiful, towels , complementary slippers , coffee pods, sugar etc . The outdoor pool was only used for photos as the water was very cold as it was April. We would love to visit it again

Die Unterkunft ist einfach super. Es gab 5 Zimmer und 4 davon mit eigenem Badezimmer. Ein extra Badezimmer und eine extra Toilette gab es auch noch. Der Pool war immer sauber, leider etwas kühl. Und insgesamt die Sauberkeit hat ebenfalls gepasst. Mit Sicherheit die nächsten Jahre wieder dort.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Malte et dans l appartement d Antoinette . Elle nous a accueilli le samedi avec convivialité et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages dans une pièce le temps que l appartement soit pret . L appartement était parfait pour les 2 familles que nous étions . Le petit panier a l arrivée est un plus . Nous avons profité des 2 piscines , celle de l’intérieur a été agréable en début de semaine à cause du vent . Bref séjour très agréable , position géographique top entre La Valette et Gozo. Antoinette très réactive dès que nous avions une demande . Merci à elle
