Villa holiday rentals in St. Julian's

I cannot recommend the villa highly enough. Kathleen was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From arriving at the villa, we felt at home. We arrived at around 10.45 at night and there was milk, bread, butter, ham, tea, and coffee left for us. Polly and Raymond (Kathleen’s parents) who live on the first floor were so kind and considerate. They provided beach towels, clean sheets etc. during our stay. However, we had our own entrance/exit and essentially this meant that our living area was totally private. For those who might be renting a villa to avoid crowds/people etc., I can assure you that the pool area was for our own use only and was absolutely beautiful for a quiet relaxing break. The best seal of approval that can be given to a product/property is repeat business. I can say hand on heart that the next time I return to Malta, this is the first place I will check to stay. We had a great time at David his place. Upon arrival we could check in early, which was very convenient after our early morning flight. David was very welcoming and gave us advice about the surroundings and what to do in Malta and around the house. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool immediately and we relaxed at the nice loungebeds. The view is wonderful, nice sunset view looking towards Gozo! The apartment has all the basics that are needed for a pleasant stay. We slept very comfortable in the beds, the kitchen is very complete and towels for as well showering as for use at the pool / beach were provided. The location is very central, from here it’s easy to travel all around the island and the other islands. It’s also near the nicest beaches of Malta. David is very responsive and assertive, great service! If you are looking for a nice, simple but complete accomodation with a pool and nice views and a friendly host, I can definately recommend this place.

Excellent house for our family of 6. All necessary amenities are available. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Kelly and her family are extremely kind responsive. If you don’t have a car, note that nearest supermarket is around 1 km away and downtown are with all restaurants etc approximately 1,5 km away.

Charlene organised everything great and answers your questions quickly. We loved the garden and our kids loved feeding the turtle Paddy. The neighborhood is quiet and the supermarket and some restaurants are on walking distance. Malta is a beautiful island and Mellieha. We had a lovely holliday.

Clean, big, spacious house. We had a pleasent stay here. Emanuel, the host, is very friendly, he lives next door with his wife. The house is a bit warm, but the bedrooms have air conditioning. A deposit of 150 euros had to be paid upon arrival.

Great stay at this maltese home. The villa comes exactly as described and nothing was missed. Especially the roof is perfect for a relaxing nightcap or the first coffee in the morning. Expect to make a lot of hard decisions about where to have lunch or dinner during your stay since there are a lot of great restaurants, bars & cafés in the neighborhood to choose from. But the best part of the stay has definitely been the amazing hosts Warren and Mariella. They proactively offered their help at any time and always made sure that we didn’t miss anything. If you need a transfer from or to the airport - don‘t worry, Mariella will take care of it and book everything for you. Thank you so much! We will definitely try and return to Villa Joseph one day.

Fantastic stay at Veronica’s air bnb, Veronica accommodated us staying very last minute and we were very glad we stayed in this air bnb. Fantastic space, all the amenities you could possibly need and amazing outdoor space with the pool, sunbeds and terraced area with an outdoor table. Hard to leave this brilliant air bnb but when we did there were some great local restaurants within a 30 minute walk and a very secluded beach about 25 minute walk away, Selum Bay. Well worth the hike down to it. Overall a fabulous stay and would highly recommend for couples, families or friends to stay

We had the BEST time we could have hoped for. The villa is stunning and the rooms and outdoor areas are all very spacious! We were on a multi-generational family holiday and the size and layout meant that each family could have their own space while simultaneously having multiple communal areas to spend time all together. The pool and games room were used every single day! The villa is so well equipped for cooking, and BBQing, which we did multiple times throughout our stay. There were also towels for both shower and pool, ample laundry, dishwasher wipes products, etc. which was a welcome surprise, and the whole place was spotless Eddie and Marina are exceptional hosts, they were so communicative and helpful from booking through to departing. Responses were practically instant on the few occasions we had questions, and they popped by quietly to maintain the pool during our stay. We have nothing but praise for Eddie and Marina, and we’d love to come back and stay again in the future.

Great place. Lots of room and very nice Villa overall. Lino was great houst. Helped as with everything and even took us to supermarket with his own car. Everything was just like promised and we did have great week at the Villa Buddha.

Great villa with a very nice outdoor area, pleasant pool. Each room has its bathroom, and the kitchen was also super equipped. Hard to find at first because the taxis always go a bit too far, coming from the airport. Then just walk 20 meters back. We were very pleased.

Good villa for group stays, great location near the paceville (for clubbing), great common area and outdoor pools.

Stayed here from a Friday to a Monday in February. Everything was perfect. Jane was really helpful both before our visit and during and organised our transfer. She even let us stay there for an extra 3 hours after checkout time which was very convenient.

Great accommodation, the villa is just amazing! The pool area is very pleasant and functional! The location may seem far away but not at all, everything is 20 minutes away by car. Small convenience store very close.

Thanks to Shirley for having us! We had a great time. The house was much nicer in real life than in the photo, I recommend it!

Very well hosted, very clean accommodation and very well equipped

The villa met our expectations. A 20 minute walk to the centre/ shops which was great for us as we enjoy walking. The furnishings and linen were of high quality making it a very comfortable stay. One issue which we reported upon arrival was addressed straight away, we were impressed with management's responsiveness. The pool area was well kept and had good quality sunbeds, canopies and table/chairs. A great area in which to relax. There are large villas on both sides where groups tend to stay so it can be noisy at times late into the night.

Warm hosting, idyllic setting. I've rarely seen people so invested. Josette and her partner hosted us very well. My partner was able to stay (which was not planned). We were treated to great surprises (homemade cake, drop-off at the airport super early….) we had a great time in a sublime and very clean setting. It's thanks to people as well as the desire to continue on airbnb that comes up! Don't go to Malta without going to their home, you'll miss out on a few things! Thanks a thousand times again for everything!

I stayed at Liz's for a week and there's nothing negative to say! The room was spacious and so comfortable with all the storage needed to feel at home. The space was quiet despite other people. Common areas like the bedroom were always clean. The terrace as well as the pool is so pretty and nice! The place is next to a bus stop, near a supermarket close to everything. Awesome! And Liz is very responsive and kind! I would recommend it without a second thought!

After some initial problems with finding the right house (the marker on Air B'n'B isn't where the house is and the directions functions from the app didn't lead the right way too).But once we got that sortet out and googeled the given adress from the app and used the link provided by Janice to find the right house, we had a great time. The pool was great and we found everything we needed in the kitchen.

The Airbnb was great! Anytime we had any questions or concerns, Janice or other hosts got back to us ASAP. Truly a great stay!! Pool was amazing.

Great location for really chilled out week with a lovely pool - easy to get to from airport, good selection of local shops (that will deliver if you're being super lazy) restaurants and a short downhill walk to the beach - quite an epic walk upwards into town, but local cabs via boxed app are cheap. The only issue we had was mosquito's are extremely hungry - the area could do with some spraying as by day two we all covered in bites and this was only really an issue at the accommodation.

The owners were very helpful and present, for any information and needs. The room is spacious and private, ensuring the privacy of the customer. The typical Maltese balcony overlooking the Mosta Dome enhances the room.
