Holiday rentals with a patio in St. John's

Fantastic spot - loved a morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the harbour. Short walk to George Street if you want to get screeched in, just as short stumble home afterwards. Right downtown and easily accessible for those Uber rides to Quidi Vidi, Avalon Mall and Signal Hill. Would definitely recommend and will use again personally

Spent the night away for my birth weekend, it was exactly what I needed. A small quiet cozy place to just unwind and recoup. The hot tub was a beautiful way to end the long day. Will be booking again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful stay

Great place to stay! close to shopping and restaurants, yet far enough away from the busy main streets that it's quiet and peaceful. The place was immaculately clean and cozy. Sharon was responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Darryl’s place was very clean and comfortable. This is a basement apartment with the owners living upstairs. They provided us with lots of privacy and we did not mind being in a basement apartment. Darryl is very kind and responsive. This location is very private and peaceful!

We loved our stay. The place smelled fresh, everything was super clean, it had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. It was refreshing to come back to after a long day of excursions. I would absolutely return and recommend to anyone!

Jean is a great host. She was very friendly and very responsive to any questions I had. The place is lovely and has a wonderful view of the valley. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone interested in visiting the area.

We fell in love with Brendan’s place and felt completely at home since we got there. He was extremely flexible and accommodating with us! The house is immaculately clean and full of charming NL touches. It had everything we needed and even a cute patio off the kitchen. Thank you for making our trip to St. John’s so special :)

My husband & I stayed at this home for a week & enjoyed every moment we were there. It truly felt like home, so cozy & welcoming & the neighbourhood is lovely. And the view is more than amazing, it’s spectacular ! My husband especially loved the hot tub, which he utilized every day, sometimes twice. We also appreciated the location, as we felt it was pretty central to all of the places we wanted to visit. We can honestly say, if/when we return to St. John’s, we would, most definitely, want to stay here again ! Hello Everyone, We stayed at Krista’s place for two nights and we had the best experience. The place was super clean and it felt like home. If you are visiting St. John’s, you must stay at this place as the host is super friendly. She responded to her messages every time. We got clear instructions on how to check in and check out. The place smelled great as the host used a nice room freshener. This was our second experience in an Airbnb and it was thousand times better than our previous one. I wish this host the best and I hope she owns many more places like this. 🤗

Would highly recommend Mikes place. It was comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen was very well appointed for us to make our own meals. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The furniture and ornaments were tastefully done, I could easily have lived here.

Harborside blue is one of the best places we’ve stayed at on Airbnb, hands-down. Jim and Michelle were so wonderful to us and incredibly accommodating for our family of two parents and two toddlers. They had absolutely everything we needed and the space is huge. This was our first time in St. John’s and our family would definitely go back and if we did we would stay here again. Thanks for everything, Jim and Michelle!

Stephanie was a great host and the place was fantastic! It has tons of room, it’s very clean and the place was fully stocked with everything you need and more. It has a great location and it was walking distance to a park which was good for our two year old. I would 100% stay here again!

My spouse and I just spent 3 autumn months at Gioia's place; it was a great stay. Staying at Gioia's place feels like house sitting for a friend. Gioia went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home, and was super responsive to any issue we raised. The house itself is cozy, charming, and delightfully quirky. It's well equipped and very livable. The location is excellent: 1 minute walk to a great bakery; 5-10 minutes walk to a Sobey's grocery store; 15-20 minute walk to downtown or the university. There are plenty of hikes and walking paths nearby. For example, Quidi Vidi Lake is about 20 minutes walk; the top of Signal Hill is about 45 minutes walk. We would certainly return.

We stayed at the most stunning Airbnb. Truly one of the best. The property is literally right on the water, and the views were insane. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having coffee while looking out at the ocean felt like a dream. The amenities were just as impressive: fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, and every little detail was thought through. It was peaceful, beautifully designed, and honestly, hard to leave.
