Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in St. John's

Shame and Kyle were wonderful hosts, always available if we needed anything. Their place, Jelly Bean on Lime, is perfectly located just a two minute walk downtown and all the amenities Water Street has to offer. Whether you’re in the mood for a boutique shopping, a leisurely stroll, or a great selection of restaurants and cafes, everything is right at your doorstep. The accommodations were absolutely charming, with cozy, well designed space and a relaxing backyard to unwind in. If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable downtown stay, this is the perfect spot just a short distance from George Street and the surrounding downtown area.

This is a wonderful sun-filled home that is beautifully decorated. Tons of space with 3 well-sized bedrooms and comfy beds! So much better than a hotel. Just a short walk down hill to all that St. John’s has to offer. Would absolutely stay here again!

If you are in the Bay Roberts area this would be the place to stay. The home itself was clean, comfortable & very beautiful. The view was awesome and we sat outside & enjoyed some cheese and fruit the was left for us by the owner as we bbqed for supper. Can not recommended this place enough & will be back in the future!!!

Lovely Airbnb in beautiful St Johns, perfect location and stunning views. Deanie is a great host and was on hand for any questions, would recommend.

We felt like we moved into a beach house for the weekend! There was nothing missing and everything was available to make us feel at home from tea bags and hot chocolate, to big beach towels for the hot tub, to a hammock swing by the pond, to door to a private area on the deck from the master bedroom... it was incredible. The size of the land alone was worth every cent we paid, let alone amenities provided, service/communication provided, and the beautifully decorated and cozy beach house vibe. The host, Jeremy, is very clear with instructions, responsive, and helpful. He gives his guests a short (2 page) House Manual that have answers to pretty much every question we had. What wasn't provided, we asked Jeremy and he responded in a timely and polite manner, solving any "issue" (no issues, just cannot think of another word.)

Thank you so much for a wonderful visit! The place was beautiful, well-located, and clean, and we made great use of the beautiful porch space with the sunny weather. We love St John's!

It was the third time we’ve been there and each time we had blast! Everything is so clean and beautiful and we felt like our home!

This was our 3rd or 4th stay at Jason & Valeries house. It has become our favorite Home away from Home when we are in the Mount Pearl area for swim meets. It has everything we need to be comfortable after very long days at the pool. They are always super responsive and helpful. We look forward to booking again for next season! Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Kieley’s lovely Airbnb, just minutes from downtown St. John’s. A bus stop is conveniently located just steps away, making it an excellent choice for those without a car. The space is cozy and beautifully decorated with charming Newfoundland-inspired touches, creating a welcoming and authentic atmosphere. Kieley provides a helpful guidebook with great local recommendations, from top tourist spots to delicious restaurants and nearby places to pick up essentials. The home is well-equipped with everything you need to settle in, including Netflix to unwind after a day of exploring. There’s also a private outdoor seating area that’s perfect for enjoying the sunshine. This Airbnb truly feels like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. John’s—you’ll be well taken care of and have an unforgettable stay!

Spent the night away for my birth weekend, it was exactly what I needed. A small quiet cozy place to just unwind and recoup. The hot tub was a beautiful way to end the long day. Will be booking again in the future. Thank you for a beautiful peaceful stay

I've stayed at Sharons place a few times now, and it never disappoints! It's in a great area with everything you may need just down the road.

Loris’s 2 bedroom apartment was a great place to stay! We felt right at home the minute we arrived. It was very roomy and the furniture was quite comfortable. If we ever find ourselves back in St. John’s, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Great stay! No issues in the unit. Easy to find and check in, had everything we needed. Little far from the city centre, and would recommend having a car but overall a very good place to stay in town.

We had such a lovely time in St. John’s! Geoff’s suite was in an excellent location, close to restaurants and Signal Hill! We would highly recommend booking a stay here!

Doreen's place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was walking distance to downtown which is good for time in St. John's. The apt was bright and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The entire place was spotless. Doreen was very friendly. She was very responsive. I look forward to staying here again. I will recommend Doreen's place to anyone traveling to St. John's.

Julian's place is in a fantastic location for us as it was close to places we were visiting. Walking distance to downtown and short drives to Signal Hill, Cape Spear and the Basilica. It was great having a parking space provided! The basic amenities were provided, and was overall clean! There was a good amount of dishes, cups and glasses available for use as well. Coffee and green tea were provided, which we greatly appreciated. Julian was friendly and quick when communicating with us. Lastly, it was easy to check in and check out. Would definitely recommend his place!
