Holiday rentals with a fireplace in St. James Parish

The host was incredibly responsive and made me feel welcome from the start. Communication was warm, clear, and consistent throughout. The space was spotless and spacious, with thoughtful touches that gave it the comforting feel of home like hints of Jamaican decor and a cozy atmosphere that made it more than just a place to sleep. The gated access added a strong sense of safety and privacy, which I really appreciated. The location was perfect especially being so close to the Hilton, where friends and family were staying, making it easy to connect and enjoy our time together. What truly stood out was the host’s attentiveness. Anything I needed or even mentioned in passing, they found a way to make it happen. They also shared helpful suggestions to make the most of my stay. I’m genuinely grateful for the experience and would absolutely return.

La casa está muy bonita y cómoda. Excelente para ir en familia. Andrae y Oni se comunicaron con nosotros . Richie estuvo siempre para nosotros, nos ayudó en todo. Solo es un poco difícil llegar a la casa pero es muy tranquilo y seguro.

Die Unterkunft war alles bestens. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und später hat uns der Fahrer sogar noch zum Essen holen gefahren. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Frühstück war auch super. Waren total begeistert vom Gesamtpaket und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Shanny’s home was beautiful, I used it for a girls weekend for my daughter & her friends and I definitely made the right choice. The home was absolutely beautiful & well taken care of. The amenities were modern & everything was super clean!! I recommend this listing, you won’t regret booking! Thank you Shanny & Kesha.

This place was definitely a great place to stay. I stayed for a whole month along with my husband and our son. The property looks exactly like as described in the pictures. There was an incident where our stove stopped working and the owner personally brought a new stove for us so that way we could have Thanksgiving. He was very responsible and very respectful. Plus he allowed us to check out late because our ride was late.

I would most definitely stay at Maxine’s place again. Her home was comfortable, clean, and I felt right at home. Maxine was easy to reach and she communicated very well throughout my stay. I recommend staying here 100%.

I had a fantastic stay! The unit was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, but what really made it special was the beautiful scenery; especially the lovely mango tree right in front of the unit, which added such a peaceful and tropical vibe. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Shanny's home exceeded our expectations in every way! The moment i stepped inside, I felt a sense of warmth and tranquility. The space was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the amenities were top-notch. I will definitely come back for a vacation there !!

Exford is a great host. The house was very clean and better than pictured. It certainly met our expectations and our bridal party enjoyed the time spent there. Exford was very considerate and allowed us a very flexible check in and Check out. His property manager Joshua seems to live onsite but was very respectful of our space and helpful with any concerns. Would certainly recommend!

Wow I don’t even know where to start. If you’re looking for a great authentic cultural experience while in Montego Bay, book it ! We were a group of 8 and we enjoyed the entirely of our stay. The staff is amazing, we left feeling like we found a new family. Ms. Sylvia, the cook prepared dishes better more enticing than the local restaurants we dined while out. Ms. Rosalie was so helpful with our requests. Mr. Clive was so informative on the fruits and plants ( noni, moringa, aloe) and its benefits . We gained such great knowledge and he even tried to teach me how to swim! I could write a book on this stay. It was my 3rd visit to Jamaica and I’m thankful we chose this stay vs. a resort. I hope to rebook again in future and bring my family back. You will enjoy the amazing views and just like others mentioned a step back in time but we left with humbling appreciation of the present. We felt safe and took walks in the neighborhood. The listing is as described. Sarah is a great host.

Great property! Beautiful setting and decor. Loved having a pool right at my doorstep. The kids had a blast! Our host was very accomodating and courteous. Tacoma was my right hand man, very helpful and considerate. Perks were the golf cart ride to the beach and bicycles on property for a family ride! We will definitely be back, made great memories. The home was amazing. It had enough space for the kids to run around without worrying about them breaking stuff, so that was a great plus for us. the rooms where spacious enough for everyone. I will definitely be visiting again.

all the time I book places in jamaica this was one of the best places. when I say the places was nice and big and clean. if u want a fancy place for vacation u should book this one

Kimone's place was an absolute dream. It was everything that we imagined. the food was awesome. Kerrianne is a great cook and baker. it was a nice touch having a car to use ro get around with. Anytime we called, she was very responsive and quick. I would 100% come back and stay here. It was worth every penny.
