Holiday rentals with beach access in St. James Parish

can’t say enough good things about our stay in Montego Bay! The home was absolutely stunning — clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. we loved relaxing on the patio every morning with coffee. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. They gave great local recommendations that made our trip even more special. The location was perfect: close to everything but still peaceful and private. We felt completely safe and at home the entire time. If you’re thinking about booking — do it! This place made our Jamaican getaway unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!

Mika was absolutely Awesome! She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. When we encountered some internet issues, she even generously offered us a free ride to the airport—such a thoughtful gesture! Her hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Highly recommend!

Petronia’s place was exactly what I ordered. I wanted this visit to be very calm, peaceful and quiet so that I can relax and reset. It was perfect for just that! The beach is very much walkable and its view is amazing. Would recommend bringing snacks if you plan to stay at the beach long. Also recommend going grocery shopping to cook food unless you plan to catch taxis into town to eat everyday. There’s a restaurant next door that’s great but menu is rather pricey and not much other walkable food options. Petronia is extremely responsive and accommodating. The pool on the property is great! Especially for a night swim! Security and groundskeepers are all super friendly !

i wanted a place that felt like home and this place definitely was i had everything i needed without asking the host for nothing if you're looking for a place close to the hip strip i recommend this place just walking distance to some of the best place literally. The host is the best i had a delay and the host give me a extended time up until 3pm

Maggaritta was a great host. Always responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk from the beach, which made everything super convenient. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Gavin was a great host. He was very communicative, and proactive. He checked in with me a couple days after my stay just to make sure things were going well. The unit was well appointed and met the property profile description. It was quiet and private, but still close by local eateries and there's lots to do in the area. Being so close to the airport made it easy to plane spot. I would definitely recommend Gavin and this unit to others. Thank you for a great stay Gavin!

Definitely coming back. This unit is perfect for couples. imagine sipping your morning coffee hand in hand as you take in an exquisite view of the Caribbean sea. Or taking an evening stroll through the most beautifully landscaped complex...throw in a few fresh mangoes from the trees on property . It's perfection! This is an older complex, however our hosts made all the necessary upgrades to make this feel like home.

First and foremost the place was beautiful. The direction given by Audrey was immaculate. From landing and getting there all the directions were spot on. Checking in and getting to know the place was a breeze. From the very first reaching out to Audrey it was very easy, she was very responsive and even checked in now and again to see if we were enjoying our stay. She even asked if there was anything else she could help with. Audrey was great all around.

Our stay at Jeffrey’s home was nothing short of amazing. 10/10 would highly recommend. Jeffrey is very responsive, his home is very comfortable and clean and you just cannot beat being right on the ocean and hearing the crash of the waves daily. My family was so relaxed that we did not want to leave. Stacey who cleaned the home was amazing. The house is in a small community and we felt very safe to walk at any time of the day or night. There is a beach within a 5-7 minute walk and there is a restaurant located within 2 minutes of the home. We cannot wait to return. Jeffrey can arrange whatever you are in the mood for to have a great time in Jamaica. I had a massage outside listening to the ocean waves and dozed off. If you are looking for a home that offers relaxation as well as fun look no further.

Lulet’s place was just like the picture which captured my attention. It was very clean, cozy, comfortable and most of all secure. Lulet was very responsive and friendly. I would certainly rebook whenever I have plans to stay in Montego Bay.

Feeling so sad - miss ourJamaica home (for past week anyway!) and new friends!Mr. Ralph, TU 4 sharing shimmering h2os and providing my fam such a magical week! You have a beautiful home in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Your team was a major reason we had such an incredible vacay. Miss Smith was so warm, informative, went way out of her way w special extras (tu 4 laundry service). She and Chef Derlisha made my husband feel so special on his bday with decorations, balloons, hbd song and yummy dinner/cake/candle! (gained 5 lbs from Chef D’s cooking) Chef D was so sweet, loved seeing her each am. Chef Amera - divine lobster/steak dinner. Loved all our breakfasts, Esp floating. Mr.Blake - a fantastic tour guide, driver, Jamaica historian, photographer, concierge! His recos for eats (pier 1, hboat), tours (Marley, boat),shopping, lunch (pork pit!) - we loved him! felt so very well taken care of. One issue - we didn’t realize was paying cash & atms daily max was not enuf! Our bad - not yours!

Beautiful place as listed quick ride to everything Ezekiel is a wonderful host easy to communicate with and his place is amazing everything you need is there the pool and hot tub are amazing I enjoyed my stay and definitely be booking again very soon

Love the space and peaceful atmosphere

The pllace was very much quiet and peaceful, you have places are nearby to explore, hope and eat. You feel so much at home. Me and my family will DEFINITELY be back as this was extremely amazing. The host was such a star with being very informative and responsive

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now. Don't hesitate book! you won't regret it. the location isn't too far away, plus they provide everything you need whether it's transportation or just a spa day, etc. Thank you again Mr Vinroy for making my birthday one memorable one ! We had a Blast 🍾☀️🇯🇲 We are definitely coming back! to your place!

Really nice stay. Self check-in was super easy and quick. The place was comfy, well-stocked with tea/coffee items, and had everything I needed.

The stay at Dacia’s was everything and more! From the time I booked with her and Romero, they both were responsive and informative! Her Airbnb was beautiful and clean. She provided my husband and me with a driver from and to the airport. Thank you Dacia and Romero! My first time in Montego Bay, Jamaica and I thank you for the hospitality!

This has been my second time staying with her. Very good host. She makes you feel at home the minute you get there, the place has everything you need as if you were at home. 100% recommended if you want a home from home!

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

Wendy-Jo and Hank’s place was absolutely beautiful, private, and peaceful. The apartment had perfect views of the beach and it was easy access to both the beach and the pool. They even went out of their way to write a nice birthday card for my partner’s birthday. We also booked their recommended driver for a couple of nights when we went in town for dinner. Overall, we had no issues staying in the apartment and Wendy-Jo and Hank were super responsive if I had any questions. If I come back to Jamaica, I’ll definitely stay at this Airbnb again!

It was like having an all inclusive stay without the all inclusive price. awesome spot for business or getaway.

Tara was very accommodating and flexible with our check in and check out. The studio is very well secured with a main gate and a second gate before entering the suite. It is just around the corner from the Hip Strip with all amenities nearby. Bonus - only a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to the airport. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking accommodation in Montego Bay.
