Family-friendly holiday rentals in St. James Parish

This place was amazing, I went with my family and they had an amazing time. The rooms were clean, the cook Sonia was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and how private the location was! Host was responsive and friendly.

Had an amazing time at D’Washington. Jamaica own me nothing but a good time. Shoutout to Mrs. Andrews , Bryan, Oscar, Mrs. Jay the whole team. They made everything extremely easy. Very helpful and patient. Whatever we needed they were there the entire way. If you are suggesting or how about this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you all for everything.

Clean home. Easy check in, In a safe gated community. I stayed here while taking day trips around Jamaica in a rental car. Every corner of the island was less than 3 hours away. Dorothy wants you to have a great experience. Great host.

Beautiful, spacious home!! Miguel was very responsive and even allowed for an early check in. I had an opportunity to view the other units on the property (coming soon) and they were equally as nice! Can’t wait to return with a larger group! The only issue was getting through security at the gate. They were very strict and we did not initially know exactly what to tell them in order to gain access. We also explained that we were in town for a funeral and would have different family members coming to pick us up at times, and each time it was a bit difficult for them to get in as well. But in hindsight, better safe than sorry.

Hi Cheri, I wanna say a big thank you for making my group stayed at your lovely palace, you were a great host. My group loved and enjoy every bit of it. Thank you for your quick responses and also, please tell the driver that my group says he was excellent. I would for sure recommend you all the time!!!!!! You deserve more than that 5 stars. Absolutely loved the house! It was in a gated community with a beach that was less than a 5 minute walk! The house has everything that you need, and matches the description! Lorna (chef) , Michelle (maid) and Ernest (pool maintenance) were amazing! Lorna your food is AMAZING! I wish I can take you home with me. Thank you and I will absolutely come back and stay at chase farm. Highly recommend!

Michael's place is Awesome! Very big n spacious for a nice family vacay. We all enjoyed our stay, house is beautiful, kids loved the pool n jacuzzi! I would definitely stay here again if im ever in the Blue Fields area.

Jenny’s place was awesome easy access entry quiet place. She had a list of things that you can do in Montego Bay. She offered for airport service. She also had access to a driver that can show you around Montego Bay or take you to Ocho Rios for any excursion that you need it. Definitely will stay at her place again thank you. She definitely may stay easy in Montego Bay.

We had an outstanding stay here at Noel’s place! From the minute we landed we were taken care of with comfortable and reliable transportation for our entire stay including to and from multiple excursions and eateries. The entire home is beautiful!! Everything looks exactly like the photos. We had a hard time leaving as each family member had something they were going to miss - the pool, the balcony views first thing in the mornings with a cup of tea/coffee, the large tub, and the spacious and private bedrooms. Really lovely stay. Shekeria was welcoming and helpful. My 6 year old daughter was unfortunately sick for the first few days and she brought ginger tea and made us feel so comfortable. The space was clean and comfortable. The swimming off the rock outcropping was so unique and fun. It’s rootsy in all the right ways. We would not hesitate to come back again. Thank you !!

Place was beautiful,clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We even got a few starter items and a wonderful fruit basket. Would definitely stay again as well as to recommend others .

3rd time and I can say that Lethe Estate hasn’t loss its charm. Matthew (Airbnb Host) thank you for accommodating my friends and I, your hospitality knows no bounds. We appreciate effort you put out in ensuring that we are as comfortable as possible. It’s homie with a spectacular view of the river. It still remains my little chateau in the countryside. Already my friends are asking when are we returning.

Upon entering we were greeted with a pristine white room which looks exactly as the photo. In addition to this the room came with supplies which we found to be very useful. Our hostess was extremely reliable and well informed of the area. I will definately make it my point of duty to recommend this airbnb to other persons, our hostess deserves that much and more for her hospitality.

Jacqueline’s place was just as described. Clean and well kept I felt right at home. It is at great location and has beautiful views. She was very responsive whenever a question was asked. I would definitely stay again.

My family and I were super comfortable and I won’t lie, we can be picky when it comes to cleanliness. I sat on the couches, lay on the sheets and used the towels with no reservations. There was plenty of space for 4 people to spread out and enjoy themselves. The area was so peaceful and we felt safe. Our hosts checked on us and made recommendations that worked very well. The private beach was walkable and really pretty. We made it to everything we wanted to see and all the local beaches and each ride was like $5 U.S. and we never waited long for a driver because the area was near enough to most attractions. Would definitely stay again!
