Porthia is a lovely apartment with space and light. Great location - 2 mins walk to Porthmeor beach. 5 to Porthgwidden & the harbour. 30ft sitting room with a chandelier, window seat with pretty view down to the harbour & sea glimpses. Over 2 floors: main floor has a large kitchen with a Smeg range oven. Sitting room - TV with Netflix access, family bathroom with large bath & rainfall shower. Upstairs: kingsize bedroom with en suite toilet. Lay-out works well for a large family or 2 couples.

The property is located in a level part of the town making it easy to walk to the beaches, harbour, restaurants and galleries. Just 8-10 minutes walk to Porthminster or Porthmeor, as well as The TATE and Barbara Hepworth gallery. There is a fully equiped kitchen ideal for self catering. It has 2 double bedrooms - both en-suite, and a spacious lounge with sofa bed.

Number Six. A lovely cottage with reserved parking

Number Six is our much loved holiday home in St Ives. It is centrally, yet quietly situated, up the hill to the side of the Barbara Hepworth museum, 150 yards from Fore Street and close to the beaches. It is filled with everything needed for a great stay, and some nice art to enjoy. Very comfortable and contemporary in style. Happy to accept one small dog, charge applicable, downstairs only please. The reserved parking space, two minutes away in Barnoon Car Park is a must in St Ives.
