Absolutely perfect! Relaxing. Quiet. The property was beautifully landscaped! Just steps to the beach! House was clean and quite spacious. Devi was responsive and available to answer all questions. Highly recommended. We plan to come back!

Jodi is a terrific host. This is the second time we have stayed at one of their townhomes at Barrier Dunes. They do everything top notch. The place is well stocked with everything we needed. The grill is high quality. The beds are very comfortable. It is just a great stay all around.

The condom etc all our expectations. Not only is this located right on the bay that we could enjoy from the comfortable interior, well stocked kitchen and the primary bedroom there is plenty of room to enjoy solitary time. We appreciated two covered parking spaces and the elevator plus a wagon in the unit to transport belongings. We didn't want for anything when we prepared dinners several nights, fully stocked kitchen including spices and coffee center. You will find maps of the area, sightseeing pamphlets and and binder with clear instructions, menus etc. Excellent Air bnb hosts. Thank you.

This is the most beautifully decorated beach home I’ve ever stayed at. I’m an interior designer and most beach places are so cheesy and tacky but this place was gorgeous and very thoughtfully done and that elevates the whole space. Great air conditioning and perfectly stocked. Beds were insanely comfortable too. So much amazing beach gear provided too that made life more enjoyable and easy! There was one large cockroach we found but that is more a function of being next to the pond and at such a low elevation and very understandable and not in way related to the cleanliness overall which was perfect.

Albert is an awesome host and his “Home By the Sea” on Cape San Blas was divine! His place is very clean and well taken care of and it has everything you need for cooking in the kitchen or hanging out on the beach, just bring your beach towels! He led us to all the spots on and off the Cape with restaurant recommendations, PLUS! We snorkeled with AquaBear Adventures and rode horses on the beach with Rockin’ M Ranch. The water was still cold in early April, but we made the best of it and the close proximity to the beach made it easy to come and go. We also enjoyed the upper deck and view off the ocean side bedroom, as well as the screened porch and the lower deck near the grill. The small community of Barefoot Trace was quiet and peaceful and being able to hear the ocean through the windows and screened doors at night was a bonus! Beautiful location! It’s hard to find a nice dog friendly location at the beach but this property was perfect! Close to the beach and the entire community was dog friendly. The property was also stocked with everything we needed and labeled so items were easy to find. 10/10 we would love to stay here again!

The place was absolutely beautiful and everything worked great. The outside area was truly amazing and very comfortable. The inside was amazing with a great living room, spacious kitchen, and two bedrooms with balconies on either side. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming and the beach is so close! There is a great downtown area down in Port St. Joe (although it's around a 20 minute drive). It was amazing!

Beautiful unit, perfect for a quick getaway. Very quiet and laidback.The bedroom is spacious with tons of storage. The kitchen had lots of cups, plates, silverware, and cookware when dining in, but you will need to buy seasonings, etc. at the Piggly Wiggly down the street if you plan on cooking. The porch has gorgeous views of the water, and it is a quick walk to the beach. It is also next to the state park and a short drive to restaurants and shops.

We had a great week staying here! The condo space was perfect for our family of 5. Being so close to the beach and pool is great for our active kiddos. Host was responsive to questions and communication about checking in. Everything went smoothly and would definitely book again!

We loved Sunny Dayz! It was a very comfortable rental for our family vacation to Cape San Blas. We especially appreciated the convenient (very short) walk to the beach. The covered front deck (outside of the living room) was a pleasant spot to read a book, spend a little outdoor time during the rain, and for my wife and I to spend a little time together after the little ones' bedtime. Great rental, and we would happily stay again next time we visit Cape San Blas.

Beautiful place and a nice stay. The host was very responsive when we discovered we left some articles of clothing behind and they found them and shipped them back to us.

Love this clean, fresh home right on the beach!! We stayed for a weekend and didn’t want to leave to our next stop. Very well accommodated kitchen with all the details thought of (except coffee filters - bring your own!). Customer service was really helpful when I couldn’t open the door the first time. Would love to stay here again!

From the clean home, to the amazing mattress, for a restful night sleep, the rain shower heads to wash the day away, and the thoughtful wine and chocolates, you will not be disappointed. You can always tell when someone cares about their home, and ensuring guests are welcome and cozy. I am very thankful for the opportunity to explore Cafe San Blas, and all the lovely recommendations that Jill and Paul offered. I would love to come back as this is an amazing experience. The location was excellent, a few minute walk thru the community to the beach. The townhouse overlooked a pond, enjoyed watching the numerous turtles and birds from the decks while relaxing or barbecuing on the gas grill. Everything needed for a beach day was provided, we used the umbrella, chairs, and a beach wagon to easily get it to the beach. The unit was nicely decorated, the kitchen was well equipped to make cooking easy. The king sized bed was very comfortable. We had a great vacation relaxing on the beach, fishing, exploring the state park, riding on the bicycle trail., and eating oysters at the numerous oyster bars in the Port Saint Joe area

The condo is very well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen! Great views from all levels! There are food trucks just across the street. I would definitely stay there again!

This location is absolutely beautiful and cannot be possibly any more ocean front. There are a ton of great places to eat and visit in Port Saint Joe and on Cape San Blas. The beach is very accessible. There was some damage done to the beach right in front of and outside the property due to Hurricane Helene, which is unfortunate, but there is still a lot of beach to be lounged on nearby! One of the coolest things that I didn't expect is that the Air Force does training nearby, and flew by the cape several times, very cool! I don't think I have any negative things to say about the space itself. The kitchen is very nice and is fully equipped. There's a washer and dryer which is very convenient. The views are amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Love the location to local bakeries and bars. About 20 mins from the beach. We also brought our birds with us. The space was clean and felt like home.

Andrew’s house was beautiful! The location was perfect. The kids loved being able to swim or go to the beach. They loved the park. It was peaceful and laid back. Everyday we were greeted by the turtles in the pond. This is such a beautiful place. The host was amazing. Gave us a list of restaurants near by and made our stay perfect! We highly recommend staying here!

I love staying at Adam’s home. It felt like it was brand new. It was fully equipped with every thing you would need for your stay. It also was very quiet and private even though it was part of a condo community. Adam even arranged beautiful weather for us! I would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

The house is clean as described. Bed in main bedroom is super comfortable and was beautifully made. We loved the location as it was walking distance to everything we needed. The beaches are about 20 min easy drive. Molly was very helpful and responsive in sharing some tips about the area. My only suggestion for improvement would be the area in front of the entrance door that does not look inviting.
