We loved this stay! Kurt was extremely responsive and wonderful! From checking in after we arrived to answering any random questions that came up!! We ended up renting both halves of this duplex for our stay. Both spaces were so clean and thoughtfully designed. A lot of extra outlets/surge protectors, too! so we weren’t lacking any there!!

Loved the area! There is a market/coffee shop right on the corner! Close to the arch and walking distance to a lot of restaurants! The apartment was plenty of room for two people with great views of the river and arch.

We enjoyed Logan’s place.. very clean..and modern. Logan always answered very quickly to our questions. I would highly recommend!

Anthony’s place was very cozy TV in both bedrooms and living room. Great restaurants within walking distance quite little town.

Very convenient location, very nice apartment with appliances, and easy to check in. Would book again.

John really went above and beyond for us, even allowing us a last minute late check out due to a very fussy newborn! I will definitely be back to stay when we’re back in the city!

Cute, historical house with a brick road leading up to it. Lovely neighborhood, I felt safe enough to take a walk at night. They provided a few extras in the kitchen such as creamer & coffee, as well as snacks; it was very thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment! My family stayed here for three nights and we had a great experience. The view of the arch was amazing- we spent a lot of time outside on the roof deck in the evening enjoying the view while playing games. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for our family (even a pizza cutter thank goodness )! The place is close to the freeway so you get a bit of road noise but the proximity to the arch made up for it by far. We loved visiting the arch, city museum and botanical garden and we hope to come back someday to see more. Thanks much!!

This was the cleanest airbnb we've ever stayed at. Terry had snacks and wine waiting for us, as well as tons of local recommendations. There were even magazines about local attractions and restaurants. The bed and sofas were comfortable, and the tv had a lot of options for what to watch. The AC kept us cool in the summer heat. The area was gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. The host even found my phone and returned it to my family that lives close, after I accidentally left it in the airbnb. I would highly recommend staying at Terry's place!!

Perfect place to stay with your pet. The Botanical Garden area is dog friendly. lots to do, and fantastic restaurants.

Clements was a wonderful host! Everything was as advertised and then some. Clements was extermely responsive, gave great recommendations, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Will absolutely look at staying here during my next trip to STL!

My stay was overall amazing. The unit was as listed…nice/clean, spacious and peaceful. The amenities and the decor were a plus. Property felt safe and secure. The host Ke-Ke was very responsive, kind and made us feel welcomed. It was helpful to know before booking that 1. A link would be provided, to unlock the parking gate, main door and elevator. 2. This “loft style” unit has a wall with open ceiling between the bedrooms so you can hear the other bedroom’s TV, talking, etc. but it didn’t bother me. Also, there is open space (no door) to the king bedroom but still private. The bathrooms are completely private. It may not be for everyone but I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. It was exactly as it looked online. I only wish he had given us a heads up on parking. We ended up having to pay for parking, which wasn’t a big deal, but would have been nice to know ahead of. That would be something good to include in the initial instructions.

Nice house for us to stay. The house is bigger than we thought. Beds are super comfy. I would recommend to others.

We had an amazing time in STL! The Lafayette Square area is beautiful, quiet and very walkable. The space was clean, comfortable, homey and spacious. Our hosts were responsive and friendly, and had the pleasure of meeting Joshua in person. Would highly recommend.

it was a great place to stay i enjoy myself. we didn't get a change use the hot tub but the pool made up for that because it felt like an hot due to it being heated but very good place to stay 👌

Taylor is my favorite host. I know I can count on her listings to be home away from home. I’ve booked 3 different locations with Taylor and they all were exactly what we needed for the occasion. It’s always clean, nicely decorated, and smelling wonderful. She’s so responsive and helpful, there’s always something to entertain my babies, and they Love The Snacks! 10 out of 10- I give Taylor a 20! DEFINITELY recommend!

A cozy little place for a work trip or change of scenery. Also located above a restaurant, which is convenient.

Thank you so much for everything! We had an 8 hour drive and a long day before checking into our unit. Checking in and staying was the perfect relief at the end of a very long night and day. I understand and appreciate that Joe did try to get our unit ready for us earlier than normal but wasn't able to. My family each had a long bath in the huge tub, then slept like the dead. Everything was comfortable and clean, it was the perfect reward at the end of a long drive. We appreciate you hosting us! 💜

We had a great stay. Location is just close enough to downtown but not directly in the hustle. Several restaurants/bars within walking distance. Joe was a great host. Checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some local recommendations.

Have stayed with Joe a couple of times now. He is always very responsive and proactive when I have stayed with him. Always has recommendations and is looking for ways to make your stay more enjoyable. Very familiar with local food spots and area entertainment! Highly recommend and will try to stay with him again when in the STL area.
