To say this place is unique is an understatement but the place was awesome. Every square foot was accounted for in something new and neat to find. Location is great, as it’s about a 15 minute drive from any place you’d want to go, but also there’s enough to do on the grounds you don’t really have to leave if you so choose. When we visit St Louis again we will look here first!

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Erik’s place! The home was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Erik was incredibly responsive and made sure we felt completely taken care of throughout our stay. The beds were extra comfortable, and the complimentary snacks were such a thoughtful touch. The backyard was a perfect hangout spot in the warm evenings—relaxing, fun, and beautifully set up. Hands down, this is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at!

Daniel was extremely responsive and helpful, we had asked to only park in front of the AirBnB temporarily before our check-in so we could keep in schedule with our planned trip and he had offered to clean up the house as soon as the previous guests left and let us check in early as well in the process so we could put our stuff inside as well. It was really appreciated, the place was extremely beautiful and looked even better than the photos. The whole experience makes us want to return to St. Louis just to stay there again. I highly recommend to everyone looking at this listing and reading this review to take this as a sign to go for this place, you will not regret it.

Beautiful home that’s exactly as described. Roomy enough to spread out with a nice common area. Park across the street was wonderful for evening walks to the playground. Well stocked with stuff for the kids too. Would 100% return!

Cozy, comfortable, well-stocked duplex in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located at a good price. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Pleasant hosts. This is now my go-to place for visits with family in Belleville.

I found our stay here extremely peaceful and exactly what we needed. We were grieving the death of a very close family member while simultaneously reuniting with family members we have not seen in a while. It was the perfect relaxing space to find solace and reconnect. The hosts were flexible and accommodating and I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

Super clean place they even brought his batteries for the remote! And then they even brought back other batteries, cause they brought the wrong batteries. They definitely went above and beyond. Could use some sort of like pinball table in the basement that would be a recommendation.

This is my second time staying here. I’ve been traveling for work and this has been an absolutely perfect place for me to stay while on the road. All the conveniences of home in a nicely decorated comfortable space. It’s been like a second home for me the past few months and I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again if I’m ever in the area working in the future. The hosts have been fantastic. Very easy to communicate with and just overall great people to deal with.

A great place to stay at! Close proximity to the city and all that it has to offer. Frances was very polite and respectful, and quick to respond to any questions that we had while on our trip!

If I’m being honest I did not have high hopes. I was in the area for an event I have attended for the last 3 years. This time I was going to go with a hotel, I’m glad I didn’t. This was the best place I have stayed in this area. I was very pleasantly surprised. For folk of a certain age this will feel very familiar. The place was exceptionally clean, no musky smell. The mattresses are older, but they feel like no one has slept in them. I stayed in the larger room upstairs. The smaller room felt equally comfortable. The third bed/ basement bathroom / suite might feel a little dingy and quaint to some, but it was dry and it was clear they took pains to make it comfortable. If I was with a group I wouldn’t mind choosing that space. Good water pressure. throughout. This is the host’s first house they owned. It feels homey. I will come back next year to the event and this will be the place I try to stay first. Also, upon request they will give you farm fresh eggs!!! So good!

We enjoyed our stay at Thomas’ place. He had great suggestions on things to do nearby. We came into town for a concert- and it’s always nice to be able to bring our dogs. The front door is a little finicky but we were able to get in using the side door just fine. The fenced in yard was nice for the pups. Ours like to go on adventures- so we had to take them out on leash to the fenced yard- but that wasn’t a big deal to us. We felt safe coming and going- regardless of the time of day. Thomas was friendly and responsive. If we would have needed anything during our stay, I know he would have stopped by or pointed us in the right direction. He even left a light on for us because we were getting in pretty late at night. If we ever come back through town and Thomas’ place is available- we would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. The location was perfect for traveling to downtown or visiting Freeburg. Jane was very responsive. The farmhouse was cozy, nice, and clean. Highly recommended!

The home was exactly as described. Easy access, private neighborhood. Louis did a great job of communicating. Very flexible and accommodating when we need to add two additional days.

Very clean just as many other reviews stated. Jason and Nancy were very responsive with any questions or assistance we needed. Loved that it was clean, had everything we needed for the kitchen, and the bedroom bed was super comfy! Really meant for a couple but we made the futon work for our young kiddos too.

Excellent place to stay! Trena's house was cozy and spacious. Fully accommodated our needs while we stayed in the area. Many thanks to Trena for lending us their place.
