The stay was great, everything easily accessible such as supermarkets with bakery, restaurant, bars etc., even a bus stop was nearby. You have to deal with the noise from the street. Regards, Michael

Fantastic stay. Lovely welcome from Nikola who also helped us get to the apartment as we were having transport issues. The place was well kept and had everything we needed.. including a few welcome treats from the host. Loved the heated pool, hot tub and sauna which were easy to use. Beautiful views from the pool side. Easier walking down the hill to shop/coast/restaurants than walking back but ubers were quick and cheap. Were recommended some great places to eat locally. Wish we could had stayed longer.. would definitely come again!

Davorka is one of the best host I have had yet. The area is beautiful and I can tell this will be the go to place soon. I visited in May 2025 and there is some construction and a new beach just opened. Davorka made sure we did not get lost by meeting us and driving us to the location. After that she welcomed us into the apartment and went above and beyond providing snacks and even fresh strawberries from her garden. She instantly made us feel like family. The area is in walking distance to the beach and a 10 min drive to old town. I highly recommend this stay. It fit 4 people comfortably with 2 bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful house in Croatia. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The house is beautifully decorated with all modern amenities you could need. The large terrace with pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets every evening. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for perfect stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

We just finished a week in Stobrec and we really recommend this place. Stunning view and location but in close range of all you need. Stobrec has a lot of great restaurants and there is a local feel to the area than we really enjoyed. In top of this the hosts were very friendly.

Staying at Villa Bella Split was exceptional. The hosts are truly amazing —thoughtful, generous, and attentive in every way. It felt like they had thought of everything to make our stay effortless and memorable. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Every room is perfectly designed, stylish yet cozy, and filled with little details that make it feel like a real home. The pool was an absolute highlight, so clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it so easy to prepare meals and enjoy family time together. One of our favorite things was having lunch on the terrace, soaking up the views and enjoying the fresh air—it became a treasured part of our days. This was more than just a vacation rental; it was a true home away from home. Thank you to the hosts for everything you did to make our stay so special. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back to Villa Bella Split. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a magical place to stay!

2 families, with 4 adults and 4 children were able to stay here very comfortably. The view was amazing, it was fabulous to have a bathroom in every bedroom. The soccer pitch and mini golf were great for the kids when they took a break from swimming. Only about a 35 minute drive into split. We had a great stay!

We would give this apartment more than five stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed everything was. Every detail was carefully considered to make the space feel welcoming and comfortable. One of our favorite features was the spacious balcony terrace. We spent countless hours there, sipping coffee or wine while enjoying the stunning sea view – it was pure relaxation. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps from the beach, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and, of course, some delicious ice cream. The beach is also fully equipped with everything you need for a fun day in the sun – you can rent a boat, paddleboard, beach beds, umbrellas etc For getting into town, you have options: either am 15-minute walk or a quick and easy boat taxi ride or only five minutes away by Uber from the local restaurants and vibrant atmosphere. Finally, a huge bravo to our hosts 🙌🏻✅👏

Great enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Good location for visiting local towns and beaches. The accommodation was very clean and a comfortable stay. Having the beach over the road was a great bonus. The road outside the apartment does have regular traffic but it wasn’t too much of an issue. The location meant ease of access onto the main road along the coastline and beautiful view of Croatia. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I am certain we will visit again!

We had a fantastic experience and the apartment was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and clean, a lovely location and great views from the balcony. Stobrec was peaceful and lovely with good restaurants and fantastic beaches. Ante and his wife were brilliant hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely return.

We felt comfortable in the apartment and especially liked the clean kitchen and living room. By car, you can quickly get to Split, but the surrounding area is also very nice. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend the place!

The apartment is literally on the beach and very convenient to commute from Split if you have rented a car. It was a great stay. My 3 year old son also enjoyed a lot.

We stayed at Vanda’s beautiful apartment for 4 nights. Everything was perfect, a clean spacious apartment with modern interiors and a beautiful balcony with a sea views. A walk into Split or else a €5 uber. We really felt relaxed and really enjoyed our stay! Vanda was very welcoming and kindly kept our luggage for us after checkout. Lovely spacious apartment with two large bathrooms, very comfortable furniture, comfy mattresses, and beautiful views. The apartment has all the necessary items, such as kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, utensils - even kitchen knives were sharp!!! I would recommend this apartment to a group of two/three people. We appreciated that the host provided the garage for the entire stay - our car wasn't overheated by the sun, and every time we needed to go anywhere, it wasn't like an oven. The road right beside the building is not too loud, so if you're not from the countryside, you should be ok to sleep. The beach right beside the house is private, even if it looks like it's exposed to cars on the road. The beach is significantly lower than the road, and people on the beach stay in private areas. One note for travellers, not related to the apartment. YOU NEED WATER/AQUA SHOES TO BE ABLE TO WALK ON THE BEACH OR TO SWIM. Stones on the beach are very sharp; it will be challenging to walk.
