Staying at Eugene’s place was greatI. The view was beautiful! The cabin was super clean and welcoming. We were also a short ride to town. Absolutely would look forward to staying at this place again.

My family and I loved this air bnb! It was private, clean and had everything that we needed. Loved the fire pit and the hot tub, beds were comfy and towels were soft. Great communication with the owners. If you are looking for a nice get away with lots of privacy and to be able to relax this place is it! If we are ever in the area again would love to stay in this beautiful cabin in the woods.

A beautiful cabin, well updated, and well located. Loved that Maybelle’s is just a stone’s throw while at the same time you are nestled in the woods to getaway. Beds were super comfy, and creature comforts were available. Made for an excellent blend of rustic look/location while having new conveyances. Absolutely recommend and also want to say how I appreciated the personal touch of host reaching out personally to ensure everything was going well. Thank you!

This mountain top getaway was perfect! The outdoor porches were wonderful! ! The home had the perfect cozy touches with a clean style. Thoughtful care for a comfortable and relaxing escape was reflected in every corner! We had a great time! Hope to return!

We loved our stay. My family stays in a cabin each year and the views put this at the top of the list. We cooked for all of our meals and had no issue with all of the kitchen items available

Such a lovely little modern cabin in the woods! We had a wonderful time at blackbird and enjoyed the quiet location and cozy, modern decor. Close to excellent hiking in GW national forest. The hosts were very helpful in providing information for our stay.

A really lovely place. It was easy to check-in and the house was very clean. Lots of towels and dishes made cooking and using the hot tub very nice experiences. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great memorial weekend here. Watching the river from the porch was so entertaining as ducks went up and down with their families. Stuart rec area and bickle tower are close for easy activities and it’s nice to have Elkins close by. The yard was great for dog walking and kid running. This was a great spot!

My husband and I had a great time at Tracy’s cabin! The cabin had all of the amenities listed in the description plus some extras and was more accommodating than I expected. The area is private and quiet. If you are someone who isn’t comfortable with using water sparingly for dishes/bagged showers, consider bringing extra. The cabin had about 12 gallons available and we used a little more over 4 days. Be advised that this cabin is deep into the mountains, we lost service about an hour away. I recommend saving the address of places/trails you’d like to visit and using your vehicle’s GPS. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed unplugging for a few days. Highly recommend!

place was exactly as described. I would highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get back to the home as it is located on a narrow unpaved private road. especially if there is heavy rain in the forecast like we experienced this past weekend.

No cell service. No Wi-Fi. Pure bliss! This is a truly special place where I felt I finally found the peace I needed. There were beautiful places to walk on the property with magical winding trails and multiple bodies of water to visit along the way. There was a fully set up kitchen with everything you would need to cook your meals. The views were beautiful and the kinds of birds and horses were all that ever greeted our ears each morning. I wish I could have stayed here for the rest of my life! If you love the outdoors, great local spots to eat (the old dairy and Gristmill were divine), horses and dogs, hot springs to soak in.. THIS IS GONNA BE HEAVEN FOR YOU!

If you want a place with things in walking distance, this isn't for you. But you can't beat the view from the deck every morning. Place was rustic (which i like in a cabin!) but tastefully done - nice blend of the historic with newer touches. Beds comfy. Had everything you need. Corey sent good instructions on how to find it. Recommend.

We loved Sara’s place! Our plans were to hike but Mother Nature had other plans. Every morning I sat in silence and enjoyed the rain on the trees and the forest with my delicious coffee. Sara gave us wonderful suggestion for outings and hikes. The pantry and kitchen are well stocked, coffee is delicious with many options to make it your special Cuppa. The perch is perfect! We might come back in winter, we loved it so much.

Staying at the wandering creek cabin was perfect. Everything we needed! The walkability to the trails in George Washington and the waterfalls was so convenient. The little porch overlooking the creek for a cup of coffee or late night adult brew was superb. Definitely recommend for 2 people looking to get out in nature.

We loved this cabin! It’s very private, the beds were comfy, the hot tub was wonderful, and we loved being able to use the fire pit at night. The host was very kind, responsive and gave us great recommendations for local places to check out. Thank you so much for making this a great girls trip!

Our second stay, this time for a minimoon after our wedding! The perfect escape for peace and quiet. The Tuckerman house feels like home and is instantly relaxing. Thanks Jarred!

We have stayed here about a half a dozen times over the years. Josh is simply the perfect host, and the cabin is very private, absolutely gorgeous, alway spotless, with awesome and breathtaking surroundings. Just extraordinary - Six stars!!

Beautiful little cabin located about a mile off the main road. Low clearance vehicles will have difficulty accessing it (I drive a Honda Civic), but Pansy shuttled me up and down the hill. It really is off grid, I didnt have cell service or wifi but that is exactly what I wanted when I booked it. Highly recommend booking this cabin if you want a nice weekend away from the world!

This cabin in Harman WV is such cozy space with a really relaxed vibe. The living area had extra linens (aesthetically placed in baskets) for cuddling up with, the bathroom was very well stocked, and the kitchen had every utensil you could hope for to make hearty meals all weekend. My husband and our friends spent two nights here to do rigorous trail maintenance nearby before a big race, and it was phenomenal to unwind here afterwards with hot drinks and soak up the incredible views. Thank you all for letting us stay. We absolutely recommend it!

Great place! Quiet and full of nature.

Me and my husband really enjoyed our weekend retreat at the cabin. The place is peaceful and beautiful. The sound of the creek and the spring bird songs are calming and relaxing. Dinah is an excellent host. She gave detailed and clear instructions and directions, so at no moment we were lost or guessing. Would love to come back! One tip: print out directions, since the phone service is spotty in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place! The space was warm, inviting, and it felt like home. Tom was very responsive and accommodating whenever we reached out to him.
