Holiday rentals with a patio in Springwater

We were very comfortable at the loft. Updated throughout and had just about every amenity in kitchen and bathroom that one would need. The shower pressure was really good. We did not use the jacuzzi part of the bathtub. The hot water in bath and kitchen is very hot which I really like. I would definitely recommend if you want to be central and be able to walk downtown Midland. Lots of bath towels and kitchen supplies. Good Wifi and TV options. Welcome binder was really well done with lots of useful information. All appliances were new, clean and full sized. One thing to note though, there are outdoor stairs to access the unit. Might be challenging for some. We had no issues. We have family living a few blocks away from the loft and would consider booking this convenient, comfortable apartment for our next visit. We were a week too early to take part in the famous Butter Tart Festival but there’s always next year !

Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in After almost three years of Airbnbs around the world, this one in Canada tops them all. We stayed in both the Lookout (the little house) and the Pine Lodge (above the store)—and didn’t want to leave. The Lookout felt like a cozy sanctuary: garden, sauna, spotless, fully equipped. The Pine Lodge had a steam room (huge bonus!), comfy couches, a big dining table, and a fire always going. But what made it truly special were Krystal and Madison—the kindest, most caring hosts we’ve ever had. It felt like arriving at friends’, not strangers’. During a freak ice storm, they moved us to a backup-powered house and even brought us food. Just wow. Local tips: • Cawaja Store: best coffee, insane ice cream, and local broths, pies, soups. • Mums Restaurant: old-school diner, fresh, cooked-to-order food. • The Friendly Corner: lovely for sunny outdoor meals.

Great place! Very clean and comfortable home. In a great location as well. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful.

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Amber’s home was absolutely perfect for our short trip to Barrie! The space was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, making it feel so warm and inviting. Amber was an incredible host, going above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which we truly appreciated. We’re happy to give her five stars and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend! P.S. If you’re staying in the winter, don’t forget to bring slippers—the tiles can feel a little chilly, but the warm fireplace makes the space incredibly cozy!

Sean is very Friendly and Professional. He responds to messages quickly. He is an amazing host where he is checking in on us ensuring if we needed anything he is only a phone call away. We have been going to the Resort for years. Easy to get too, very peaceful and the Units are so simple but nice. Not many places take pets but Sean's does which helped us alot. The beds are super comfortable, probably the best sleep I have had in a long time. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our Stay. The Kids loved the gym to work out and then we spend quite a few hours at the pool. The fire pit was nice to sit at especially with the chilly weekend we just had. We will be back for sure to be Sean's Guest.

I had a wonderful stay at Natalie's place. It was a great location, close to many amenities, yet quiet and peaceful. The studio felt comfortable and welcoming with a thoughtful design. I appreciated Natalie's responsiveness and proactive instructions which made my trip super easy. I would highly recommend this studio.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

We had an amazing stay at this Balm Beach Airbnb! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep every night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better—just steps (literally less than a minute!) from the beach. There’s also a beautiful creek right outside that added to the peaceful, natural setting. We loved the cozy fireplaces both inside and out, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Nicole was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place, and we hope to come back again soon!

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

the house has been in the family since 1934, however has been updated and additions built that adds to the charm. Super cool sauna lay out and the bedrooms were spacious and clean...we had a great stay and even managed a few cider tours in the surrounding area. so fun...

The stay was amazing with family ! There was always lots to do lots of room for everyone ..pool and hot tub were wonderful it was nice to have both as an option ! Communication was on key Amanda answered right away there was no waiting on her that was nice ! If you forgot something behind it was available ( shampoo, spices, ect ) . Overall stay was amazing we are hoping to go back same time next year if available !

Perfect getaway with lots of walkable restaurants to downtown Barrie

Our one night stay at Sabine’s was tremendous. The home is well appointed with plenty of space and easy walking distance to the village. Located in a second floor end unit, it’s a place you immediately feel comfortable in. There is a view of the slopes from the main room picture windows and a small deck area with muskoka chairs. There’s a sizeable fridge to store your beverages to drink while soaking up the views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, and good sized master in the loft with king bed and en suite. Sabine was very communicative and left detailed instructions. Remote check in was a breeze. There is parking available. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back.
